I would definitely use these guys again, I only ordered spare earbuds for my Sennheiser headphones but wasn't sure about what size to get, The guy on the other end of the phone went on the website and told me the measurements of them straight away. There're through my letterbox a couple of days later, to be honest it makes a change these days when you can actually call someone for advice and they pick the phone up straight away! Wouldn't hesitate to use these again, and as a Brucie bonus I got a lime flavoured chew in the Jiffy bag. 😀 Nice touch.

Excellent choice and service. Great advice when I went to audition. Really helpful, friendly and laid back. Not pushing any particular brands either.

Found difficult to source spares and very reasonably priced. Shipping time and cost good too so fitted spares and headphones now like new.

I bought a pair of soundmagic earphones from this company. Knowing there were lots of fake versions I was worried I might be scammedbut proceeded anyway. Nothing special so far.

The earphones failed and were returned almost 12 months into the 1 year warranty. My request for a replacement was met with a courteous and quick response and a new pair returned within a few days.

Very happy with the pleasant and efficient service they provided. If only all internet purchases were so straightforward. Thanks to Steve and the team there.

Ordered Comply ear tips T-167 for my Sennheiser CX 5.00. For the first time in approx. 2 years, the earphones stays in place. Now I can enjoy the music and the included candy :-)

Ordered some refurbed earphones and new foam tips. These came from hifiheadphones. Delivered when expected, well packaged even included a little bar of candy (sweet) with one of them. I would have no issues using these for future purchases. The kind of service where you don't even think about the service (the best kind). Very good.

Have bought headphones from hifiheadphones.co.uk for several years. Tend to go for AudioFly or Sound Magic, mostly cheaper end of those ranges, and they're always good, plus much better selection than Amazon. Speedy delivery, cannot fault them.

Headphones really well packaged, would survive being at the bottom of a stack of parcels in a delivery depot. Fast turnaround from order to arrival.
Headphones themselves, Audeze isine 20's beautiful to listen to and look fantastic. Get a gentle seal between the earbuds and the ear and great tuneful bass. Stereo imaging is very very good. You have to be careful outside of quiet environments not to go to loud with the volume, as the sound is so clean and distortion free, you don't realise the danger of hearing loss!

Ok , I already knew what I wanted ,went with DHL
to handle transport to France . Everything arrived on time and the product ,AUDEZE LCD-X,were exactly
as described .The audeze are truly the best all round phones I have tried ,not going to go into the usual audiophile BS , they are a fantastic product .
Astell and kern Layla 2 for in ear on the move and audeze for a nice evening in front of the fire.
COST ,with the exchange rate ,sterling euro ,I saved close to 350 euros compared to closest competitor in France .
