Excellent shipping response
Excellent shipping response, but found the headphones quite uncomfortable because of shallow ear depth. Tried to return but was told due to hygiene reasons they cannot be returned. Consumers have it tough these days, buyers remorse does not fit into business models and companies no longer have ‘customers are always right’ attitude. So much for 100% satisfaction.
