Staff very good Dave who did the Van hand over was excellent loads of good information about the van.
Elddis CV40 just what we wanted, my wife loves it.
Not impressed that the sales team didn’t know the extended warranty scheme had been discontinued on the 30th of September as we purchased the van on the 1st October. That was stressful as one of the main conditions we purchased the van was to get the Fiat extended warranty.
After contacting various Fiat service centres I was told the new warranty scheme may be available in November, and the 14 day deadline for registering should be extended.

I Will update this review with the final outcome.

We bought our first touring caravan in July, spending a lot of money on what was sold to us as a 4 berth. On our very first trip with two friends, we discovered it wasn’t actually usable as a 4 berth because a key pillow/bed section was missing. This meant our friends had to stay in a hotel at our expense.

When we raised this with after-sales, they initially tried to tell us we were wrong until we physically showed them the issue. They then promised to contact Adria. After weeks of no update, we chased it ourselves and were told the Adria factory was closed until 28th August. It is now 8th September, and we still have had no contact or resolution.

Because of this, we’ve had to cancel holidays we had already booked, missing out on the whole summer with our children and friends. We feel completely let down and essentially missold a caravan that cannot be used as the 4 berth we paid for.

We recently purchased our second fantastic motorhome from the Devon branch at Teigngrace. We were satisfied with our trade in deal and communication from initial purchase to collection date. I have to mention the outstanding customer service and after sales service which is second to none that I have ever experienced. We would never consider purchasing from anywhere else. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, with special mention and thanks to Motorhome Sales Manager Jody White and to Richard, Rebecca and Catherine in the service team who have all looked after us so well.

We bought our 9 year old motorhome last November and know we paid over the odds but wanted peace of mind a years warranty. We have already had a few repairs which were dealt with using brand new parts and a few other warranty repairs to follow next month. So far the service received has been great as staff has been friendly and helpful so a big thumbs up from me👍

So just picked up our caravan today and can honestly say the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The team there are without exception brilliant. The hand over was very detailed and informative. A special mention to Mike Ford salesman extraordinaire. Helpful from start to finish and a pleasure to deal with. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We have spent hundreds of thousands of pounds with this company over the years. We purchased a new van months ago and various problems arose. Highbridge have now had the van for 3 weeks and it is only today after we had been informed we could pick it up that we were told there was a problem. They had obviously not done the work. We had a call from Leighton Grant. This was at 0900. We explained the situation and he assured us that he would get back to us. Nothing. It is now 1500. Numerous phone calls and numerous messages have left us having to wait all day with no call from him. My husband has cancer and we were due to have a short holiday before he goes to hospital for treatment that will last for weeks, after which he is unlikely to be able to drive. Now we will have to cancel because we have no idea when we will be able to get our van. A very nice receptionist said that they will arrange to deliver the van to our home address while my husband is in hospital. Meanwhile, we have lost our one opportunity for a short holiday thanks to the incompetence, disrespect and disgraceful treatment by Highbridge. This is the thanks one gets for being a loyal customer for very many years.

Picked our new van up at the beginning of May from the Devon branch. Everything was exactly as it should be and the van was very clean. I think the PDI team did a great job. Jody was in touch with me at regular intervals with updates, and nothing seemed too much trouble. He has an incredible depth of knowledge. Well done all👍

I bought a Chausson 350 first line from Highbridge Caravans in October and recently had a few issues with it so I contacted the customer service department who were excellent. They arranged for the van to be taken in and the repairs completed. Excellent aftercare and customer service. Big thanks to Chris who coordinated everything.

After having visited numerous showrooms and the NEC Motorhome show earlier this year we finally decided on the make and model we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately none of the dealers I contacted seemed able to provide a good enough level of customer service.
Then by chance I came across Highbridge Caravans website where I made contact with Oliver Matthews (Ollie).
Ollie is an amazing standout guy, he never pushed the sale and at times suggested better alternatives and ideas. Ollie never once failed to reply to my questions whether by email or telephone. Ollie never lost any enthusiasm during the process which was fairly lengthy as I never visited the showroom and therefore had lots of questions.
I purchased a brand new Mercedes Adria Matrix Coral Supreme 670 DC Motorhome. I also add the following options, Habitation Air con, Tow bar, 5G Wi-Fi, X2 TV’s, paint seal protection for the Motorhome, Tracker and upgraded immobiliser.
Ollie expressed his concern about me not visiting prior to purchasing but I was so impressed with his diligence and knowledge that I wasn’t at all worried.
On the day of collection Ollie was on hand to meet me and my family. It was nice to meet him in person. Ollie introduced us to the other staff members who were going to assist us during the handover process.

We met Shanaz from the handover team. She was brilliant and very knowledgeable and professional. She did an amazing job but we were too busy smiling and in shock at our new Motorhome.

The following day we had to return to Highbridge caravans as I had forgotten some of the handover information in all the excitement.
The staff were simply amazing, Emma from After Sales along with Chris and Lisa all helped out, Emma was super supportive and efficient, Chris pulled out all the stops and got us up and running even Shanaz came to see us despite having other customers to see to.
Shanaz kindly offered her support once again.

Julie and Tina from the main building on the first day we went to collect our motorhome were so lovely and accommodating when we were completing the paperwork.
In fact as we wandered around the site prior to introducing ourselves on the first day we noticed how friendly all the staff were.

We traveled over 630 miles to purchase our Motorhome and wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I’m writing this review, as my experience so far has been exceptional. I was speaking with Jody, at the Devon branch, for a couple of months. I decided to attend the Caravan and Motorhome show, October 2024. I met with Jody, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I live 7hr drive from Devon, my wife and I chose to order our new Adria Twin sport SGX, from Highbridge Devon. We can’t recommend Highbridge and Jody, enough.
Jody does YouTube vlogs, they are very informative.

Ordered a new Rapido c55 at the NEC show and Dave Wixon has been very helpful throughout in giving advice as we have added extra spec even after the show . We await delivery next year and hope to recieve the same positive experience on collection .
Dean from aftersales also looked after us at a very busy show and it’s good to know he is on hand for any warranty issues that make occur .. finger crossed they don’t …

Good price prompt service

We had a recent recall on our Coachman Laser 845 caravan with regards to the habitat door. Booked it in with services at Highbridge and dropped it off on the required date. On drop off I mentioned about a few small issues which required looking at and which Highbridge accepted was covered under warranty, They added to the work already booked in. 1 week later the servicing dept ( an exceptional lady called Debbie) called to say all work has been done and is ready for collection. Checked over caravan and could not fault the work or the first class service that the Highbridge team had done, throughout this whole process Debbie kept us informed and was so nice and polite and nothing was too much trouble, Debbie is a massive credit to Highbridge Caravans. Thank you. Highbridge Caravans are simply an excellent dealership providing first class practices and services. 5 stars are not enough.
