Received my hijabs and i am in love with the ready pleated one. I only ordered one of that style thinking it may not fit my face as i have a really tiny face! But its my favourite one out of the 6 so now i have to wait for next month to order it in all the colours! I also loved the hijab pin holder its sooooo cute! A bit bigger than what i thought but i love it! Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family xx

Honest customer service.
First, an item from my bill was not available and I got refunded right away, which I appreciate the quick reaction.
There was a complication with my order, the team had forgotten to send my order in time. In response to that, they sent a gift and the email exchanges were efficiently prompt.
This is another example of how quick and honest the service is. Mistakes happen but what is more important in the business world is how it is mitigated/solved.

I was given excellent customer service. I was notified that the product I ordered was out of stock but the company managed the situation and gave me an alternate abaya as well as a free tote bag. I will be recommending that everyone orders from here. Very friendly and trustworthy.
