Absolutely amazing customer service from Kendra at Hilton and Horsfall. She made our experience completely stress free as possible. She was kind and reassuring throughout the whole process and always kept us up to date with important information. Kendra came and took photos of our property and we were blown away with the results and how good these looked, followed up with an amazing write up. Couldn’t thank Kendra any more for her hard work and amazing customer service skills. Will 100% be using Hilton and horsfall again In the future and i would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a properly :)

Smooth process from start to finish! We had so many viewings booked in as soon as the house was on the market. The house was under offer within a couple of days. Photos were amazing too!

From start to finish Hilton & Horsfall were the most professional and efficient Estate Agents I have ever dealt with! To say Estate Agents get a bad rap is an understatement but H&H dispel that myth! Even when there were issues with solicitors Mark & Gavin took ownership personally and the influence they had meant a smooth completion! Really great service and the staff are really helpful, especially Emily who went above and beyond for us. Price for selling was the best on the market and included solicitor fees! Overall, the move was seamless and wrapped up in a couple of months. Can’t recommend enough.
