Lovely experience here. Great communication over email and phone with fast responses. All cars are serviced and clean. When speaking to my sales lady Hana, everything was made very comfortable and such an easy process. I would highly recommend.

Hilton is good for looking around it's…
Hilton is good for looking around it's vehicles without staff pressure. However we had a bad experience, when on a test drive, the car broke down on a road junction and we were left for over 40 min to be collected. It was disappointing the car battery had not been checked before test drive.
Customer service was not good, sales person was good with us, however changeover was conducted in a portacabin with a high step to get into not disabled friendly , health and safety obviously not one of their strong points.

From walking in, I was made to feel welcome, Oliver on the main desk was super helpfully and got everything going for Me. The salesman and handover team were great and got all the paper work done that day.

Matt was great
Matt was great. I had a trade in with a small amount of finance still outstanding on my car. Plus, I also required a small loan when buying the car I chose. Few minor issues that were addressed in good time. Happy with the car and looking back it was a complex purchase for them but they handled it well.

The sale lady was rude n unhelpful she left me too wait for 4 hours after ringing me saying come down the car is ready!the technicians lost the keys to the car I was buying she also forced me to buy warranty at £699 on top of the £5450 I was paying i wouldn't recommend hilton cars to my worst enemy

Great Experience
I purchased a car from this dealership over the bank holiday weekend and it was a great overall experience.
The only niggle I had was when I booked a test drive for two cars, the previous Saturday and turned up for the test drive for both and discovered during that time one of the cars I was due to test drive had sold which had not been communicated to me which was a little frustrating, but fortunately, the other car I had booked a test drive was still available.
The rest of the experience was very good. Paul was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the rest of the process very easy in buying the car. I collected the car today and Paul and his colleague, who was also lovely (I have forgotten her name however), made the collection and final details very easy and everything was sorted out very quickly. I would recommend them. Thank you.
