Great service at a great price!
Chose Hireacamera as they were a lot cheaper than the company I had used for my previous lens hire. Proactively contacted me and offered to send the lens two days early for no extra charge. Great communication at all stages, collection and delivery exactly as expected. Will definitely use next time!

Great and easy to use service
Great and easy to use service. Advice readily given over the phone prior to booking online which was extremely helpful and courier additional service for drop off and pick up very efficient. Will definitely use again. Hireacamera was recommended to me and I’ll now pass the recommendation on. I borrowed a zoom lens for gorilla trekking in Uganda and had I not my photos just wouldn’t be the same! Thank you.

It's rare to find customer service of…
It's rare to find customer service of this standard anymore. Needed a range of cameras and sound equipment for a show. They answered multiple questions and guided me as to the correct equipment etc. Made the whole process a pleasure. Once reserved, they followed up with a detailed phone call as to how the delivery and return system would be conducted. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

What you need and expect
The team at Hire a Camera are prompt, friendly and helpful. Just be aware that when hiring gear you will have the hidden cost of insurance from a third party (they provide a link to one) and you will also need to insure the pelican case your gear arrives in!

Great service
Great service. Really helpful phone call shortly after I ordered the lens I wanted to borrow - talked through the process and made sure that the courier service was going to work for me based on when I was going to be at home and when I needed it. The lens turned up exactly as expected, and it was in great condition and worked perfectly. Return process was really easy and my deposit was refunded very promptly.
I’d definitely use them again - would strongly recommend.
