Used to be very good, now the categories are saturated with suppliers, and a lot of the the leads are dead ends, no reply, phone number doesnt work, generic gmail account that never gets a response. It was not like this in the past, but last 12 months have been almost worthless, despite going to a 'top' status.
Also one local supplier to me uses fake pics stolen from other suppliers and has false claims, I (and others) have raised this with Hitched multiple times, nothing was done, the fake supplier remains.
Need to up their game again.

Absolutely do not trust this company lies and fake information leads are not genuine as never get a reply after messaging the "bride" messages rarely read by "bride" and if you email hitched you just get ignored- you would be better off putting your money on a thre legged horse in the 3.15 at kempton

Joining them is a pleasure but if you want to leave, its a nightmare. I didn’t got any results and I dont recommend this company at all

Extremly disappointed with the number and quality of leads. You are locked into a contract and even though they admit leads have dried up there is no relief. Poor customer service and they take no responsibility for lack of leads. I have received a response from Hitched which is a standard - we will look into it - which they already have and not moved an inch

I regret signing up with Hitched, as my experience has been extremely disappointing. There were clear discrepancies between what was promised and what was actually provided, and when I raised legitimate concerns, my complaint was handled poorly. It took 9 weeks and multiple follow-ups before I was finally able to have a conversation about my concerns, which is completely unacceptable.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was repeatedly ignored or met with dismissive responses. Key information that was confirmed as being held on record was not provided in response to my Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), which raises serious concerns about transparency and compliance with data protection laws.
Furthermore, when I challenged inaccurate statements and misrepresentation, my concerns were brushed aside. Instead of addressing the core issues, Hitched’s approach was to defend their staff rather than investigate or resolve the matter properly. Their complaints process, which supposedly includes mediation, was also ignored without explanation.
To make matters worse, I was falsely accused of being aggressive during a call, despite the fact that I was responding to inaccurate claims and, at one point, a verbal threat made towards me. Hitched refused to provide a transcript or recording of this call when requested.
Their resolution was to simply delete my account and ban me from the platform in the future, rather than address the valid concerns I raised. This does not change the fact that my experience with them has been one of frustration, poor service, and a complete lack of accountability.
If you’re a wedding supplier considering using this platform, I strongly advise proceeding with caution.
Would not recommend.

Hitched claimed I was getting a great Black Friday deal, however this has not been the case. Incredibly expensive, and hundreds of false leads. Unfortunately I am unable to get out of my contract until November- but I am extremely disappointed with the Hitched services, I was sold a lie. Would love to cancel if you’d allow!!

I made an advert on hitched for my photography services, all seemed well. I had several missed calles from a mobile number which came up as suspected spam. I accidentally answered this number today as I was waiting for a call back from my doctor and thought it was him. Unfortunately, it was an angry man saying he is from hitched. I told him I'm sorry but I'm waiting for a call from my Dr and can not speak right now, I also mentioned I had not requested a call. He was very annoyed by this and eventually said he will just remove my listing as I obviously don't want any bookings! A bullet well dodged I think.

It seems like a lot of us are in the same boat on here. I have been a member of Hitched for the past year. Thankfully I was paying £40 a month and not hundreds like some.
I told them recently that I have chosen to not renew my listing. I also work in film and tv but will still be doing weddings so just wanted to keep the free lite version. My reasons for cancelling are:
Honestly I just found it very expensive for little return. I seemed to get a lot of basic enquiries (clients just clicking for more information) and tried various ways of replying to them to obtain more info but hardly got any replies. I feel that the enquiries are not all genuine. I was receiving multiple basic enquiries from the same names and email addresses at separate times of the year and they didn’t reply either time. This happened a lot and made me feel that they were ‘bots’ or fake enquiries. From reading the reviews on here it seems we are all thinking the same thing! I’m furious with Hitched for wasting my precious time answering enquiries with care and diligence for them just to be ignored by what seems like false clients.
I was told by someone at Hitched via email - “We find the more information they are asked, the less likely they are to send an enquiry.”
So if someone messages asking me for info about my packages but gives no wedding details at all, I am wrong to ask how many people will require my services and where? I’m not quite sure how I could reduce my information from that. Do they understand how this business works at all?!!!
On asking to reduce my listing, I was contacted three separate times from different members of the team trying to sell me additional listings to get me to stay. I was then contacted for feedback for why I have chosen not to renew and after telling them all the reasons in this trustpilot review they had the cheek to offer me another discounted package. It just feels very ‘salesy’ and like the team don’t communicate AT ALL.
My profile was also set to Wallingford and nobody seemed able to change it for about 6 months, no matter how many times I asked.. Wallingford is an hour from me so I felt this could have affected my bookings for the year as a lot of people book local.
Overall I have felt frustrated and like I was throwing my money down the drain.. thankfully I booked a couple of weddings in the year which means I got a small return for my money and time but I wouldn’t recommend this service at all and the staff communications are frankly just irritating.

I have gained so much business and definitely more opportunities.
When the messages come through they are generic and sometimes misleading. On the whole I am very happy. I like the prompting and trend information. The quarterly calls and advice.

I have been advertising my wedding photography business with Hitched for the past few years. The service is outstanding and you are allocated an account manager who regularly checks in to ensure you are optimising your account and advertising. The quality of leads is high and conversion rates are higher than average. The advertising is incredibly good value for money and ultimately, it works!
From the other side, wedding couples who book with me rate Hitched very well in terms of giving them lots of choice and information in wedding planning.
I'd highly recommend Hitched for anyone looking to elevate and grow their business within the wedding industry.

SCAMMERS!!!!!! As a supplier, they do not bring any work. Happy to take your money and threaten you but you get nothing from this. AVOID!!!!!!

I have been using Hitched for nearly 2 years now. We have renewed every year so far because for our business it has been a good stream of clients. The correspondence and support from our account manager (Ryan) has been great and supper helpful. I would keep using Hitched for the future and am happy to be part of the Hitched Wedding Suppliers.

I am a supplier- once you've signed up and paid them a fortune the customer service people drop off a cliff and never speak to you again. It's impossible to get hold of anyone, even after complaining several times through the form that I assume goes to head office.
Impressions dropped off a cliff and no one to support me on why, honestly, the biggest waste of money in my business and the worst thing is that I feel really stupid for falling for the sales lies. I won't be renewing and suggest you don't sign up and spend the money on seo or direct marketing.

Total waste of time and money. In 3 months only 1 real 'lead', which did not give rise to a booking. The majority of the 102 'leads' are fake: fake names; fake contact details; fake enquiry. The Hitched system of auto-generating messages to suppliers just gets you bombarded with rubbish. They're also possibly generated by bots. It's not even worth the time to try and sift through the rubbish to find 1 genuine enquiry. Invest your time and money almost anywhere else for better returns! The same amount of money spent on Google Ads or Facebook would have been miles better!

Hitched has been a huge game changer in advertising myself as a freelancer in my local counties. I have worked with them for the past three years and I always recommend them to other artists & vendors I work with. Thanks to this website, I managed to connect with over 30 local brides in my local area in my first year. My account manager in particular -Ryan has been so supportive and helpful, providing additional tips and information I request in our quarterly catch up calls, it’s made a huge difference in my conversion rates.
To clarify - you must set up your own profile, contact your leads and chase them if necessary. You still need to do the work yourself and if clients do not respond - maybe try changing how you respond to them. The site also has tonnes of marketing information you can read to help you, or arrange a call with your advisor. The staff are not pushy in any way, they just provide the information as it is and will support as much as they can. The majority of my clients who found me through Hitched have found their other vendors through this platform so if you’re a business or freelancer like myself - it’s the place to be! If you’re considering going premium, don’t hesitate. It’s worth every penny.

Terrible. Massive regret signing up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Great sales team to get you in and part with your money then you get send tons of pointless worthless leads and go nowhere.

I've been really happy with my first year on Hitched, had loads of enquiries (and more importantly, bookings).
Account mangers are really helpful and book regular calls to check how everything is going

Great source of bookings for our party band!
We've been using Hitched for over 2 years and approx 15% of the couples who find us via the listing, go on to book us. Being a small business and entrepreneur, having a steady stream of quality leads coming in, is vital for us.
I can attribute that mainly due to Joanna and team, touching base every quarter and sharing tips to optimise the listing. There's things, that sometimes a fresh pair of eyes can highlight to you, that you might have missed!

Made the mistake of signing up, I keep getting enquiries for over 100 miles away. I sincerely hope I'm not paying for these ridiculously far locations.
I'm paying £98.80 a month, when i contact hitcjed, all they do is pitch more sales, the service is crap!
