Did not taste good!
I ordered for my daughter, who is a picky eater, seeing all the comments about how good it tastes. She spit hers out immediately and then I tried one to see if it was really that bad and needles to say I wanted to spit mine out too. They do not accept returns and don’t offer anything to help with this expensive purchase that turned out to be not what was advertised. Basically I got an expensive pill bottle with stickers.

We're sorry to hear that your little one didn't enjoy our vitamins. We know that children's tastes can vary, and what appeals to one child may not appeal to another. However, based on the feedback we've received from many parents over the years, most children have found our vitamins to taste good, which is why we confidently communicate this in our advertising.
Additionally, since we don't offer returns for opened packages, we have a couple options for you:
1. We suggest giving Hiya with a glass of cold water or a bit of juice (if you give your kids juice) to mask any taste they don’t immediately take to.
2. We also have families grind up their vitamins and add Hiya to a smoothie or whatever you like.
Whatever you decide is great -- helping families live their best is what we do here, even if it means snoozing or canceling an order. Yet we hope you try one of these methods first!

We love Hiya
We love Hiya! As a health professional I wanted a kids multivitamin that is not a gummy and does not have a lot of added sugar, and which is as naturally derived as possible. And of course one my kids will actually take! My kids have been taking Hiya multivitamin for about a year and I don’t get any complaints. Sometimes my three year old tries to take two, as he really enjoys them especially the strawberry flavor! Customer service is absolutely amazing - extremely responsive and always completely customer focused. I’m glad we found Hiya!

Hiya is truly the best multivitamin for kids. My boys love it and ask to take them every morning. Most kids multivitamins are Gummies so I appreciate that these are not. It gives me a piece of mind, knowing my kids are getting all of the nutritional needs with this one multivitamin

They enroll you in auto subscriptions even if you do a one time order
3 rating is because this is my 2nd time ordering from hiya. I stop ordering the 1st go around because they put me in an auto shipping when I did a one time purchase. I didn’t realize until I received 2 order (in 2 months). I went to the site to cancel and couldn’t. I had to search on google to find out how to cancel. It’s been about 3 years since I ordered and decided I would give it another go and the same thing happened! A one time purchase some-how was converted to a monthly auto-subscription. And the worst part is they were trying to ship to the wrong address. I did not use that address for the current order so why would are they try to ship to that address. Suspicious

Though there’s truly zero commitment, you can easily cancel anytime or snooze your subscription. We also indicated on our website that the subscription details of our product arrives fresh with a 30-day supply, refillable glass bottle to decorate, and refill pouches sent monthly on a pediatrician-recommended schedule. We're sorry for any confusion.
Additionally, we only ship to the address provided at the time of your original order. If you did not request a change, the shipping address for your subscription will remain unchanged.
Consequently, we'd like to assure you that your subscription is cancelled so moving forward you will not be charged again.
