I have been ordering vitamins from Hiya for a couple of years; I recently changed my delivery subscription to avoid getting charged for the month. Their website allowed me to make the changes, verifying the subscription was moved to next month. However, I still got charged and when I asked customer service why, they only said it was already too late and the charges went through. I decided to cancel my subscription because Hiya is not to be trusted.

Hiya company is truly the best! My kids ages 6 and 9 have been taking the vitamins for years. I’ve noticed the difference between other vitamins and I vow to always continue with Hiya. Their customer service team go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I had a recent issue and they solved my problem immediately demonstrating empathy and understanding. Thanks Hiya!

Hiya has always been super helpful when it comes to their customer service. I have needed to pause our memberships twice. And they respond promptly. They are able to pause the membership for as long as I’d like. They are always so friendly.

Hiya has been amazing for our two year old. She eats her vitamins daily with no issue. We have also changed our order, and hiya support is the absolute best! So happy we went with Hiya!

I have to mention how amazing Hiya’s customer service has been! We ended up getting about a month behind on Avani’s vitamins while the shipments continued coming, so I reached out to see if they could pause my subscription and give us some time to catch up. They responded incredibly quickly and were so helpful and understanding. They were able to pause everything with no hassle at all, which means we can use what we already have and simply resume the subscription when we’re ready. It was such an easy and stress-free experience, and I really appreciated how accommodating they were. Great products are one thing, but having amazing customer service to go along with them makes such a difference. I’ve genuinely had such a great experience with Hiya all around!
