Online order arrived with slight damage to record. Was told I could exchange it for another copy in-store, which I did. Thankfully they had copies available. Overall, reasonably satisfied.

The gentleman that served me was brilliant. He knew exactly what I was talking about and even had some insight to the subject. We had a great conversation about Funko pops and The Predator.

Regarding a purchase I made over a month ago.
I would give less than a one star if possible.
Purchased an item over a month ago, to just be met with a refund this morning due to the item no longer being unavailable and absolutely no other communication was sent throughout this month long wait for the item.
Very unhelpful customer service team.
If the item was unavailable for purchase and there was none left it should not of been available to purchase nor should it have taken them over a month to just process a refund and give me no other communication otherwise.
