Great service and very helpful and friendly staff
I went to HMV looking for a specific box set, only to find they were out of stock. I nearly left the store but my partner convinced us to go and ask someone if they had any and they did not, but the lady we spoke to was very helpful and said she would have a set delivered to my address. Great service and very helpful and friendly staff.

I did a click and collect order and it was incredibly easy. They sent emails when my item was dispatched and when it was ready for collection in store. The staff in the HMV Exeter store were very friendly and welcoming.
