Very pleased with my dvds. But Royal mail delivery poor... parcel left outside.... didnt ring bell... and delivery details are the main door is unlocked for parcels. And they can be placed inside.

click and collect picture, the picture was as described, funny thing about click and collect, which was for free, I noticed that HMV sent the item via parcel post to my HMV store so I guess they could have sent it to me for free via the same medium and not charged me either..... fuzzy logic but there you are !

A very professional company
Arrived exactly on the promised day and at a keen price compared to other sellers too. Plus when you pre-order and a date is given if the film studio alter that date hmv keep you informed.

For the third time the purchase of the…
For the third time the purchase of the album Quadrophenia jumps on track 4, side 1. Whilst it’s not the problem of the store my having to return to exchange is arduous with many miles travel to reach Exeter. My third email of complaint has been ignored which I kind of understand as I must be getting boring. Now need to get a refund as it’s obvious there’s an issue with the batch.
