The staff in the Ipswich branch of HMV…
The staff in the Ipswich branch of HMV were so friendly and helpful. I liked the efficiency and the way my receipt was put in a special folder. The speed with which my item was ordered and the knowledge of the staff. A very pleasant experience, thank you 😁

Not the cheapest but possibly the best
There are cheaper options available but the delivery is so reliable it's worth a little extra.

it lacks music and mostly items are online purchases
I find as a music store it lacks music especially if exclusives come out and they can only be purchased online. I like to be able to go in store and buy it that way.

First class service.
Easy ordering at the store in Ipswich by helpful staff. Received email when item was ready for collection. On collection I was served by Rich who was very helpful. Great all round experience.

Order of Cd
Went into shop on Monday to see if they could order a cd for me that I couldn’t find anywhere. This wasn’t a problem & was duly ordered & paid for. E-mail received on the Tuesday that order had been dispatched & a further e-mail on the Thursday to say it was ready for collection. Service from start to finish was exceptional from the helpful staff member in store to the collection. Would definitely recommend to anyone

HMV has become my go-to online and physical vinyl record store. Only if I cannot find a record that I want on their site, I'll look elsewhere. FAST shipping and super reasonable prices. I even bought my daughter a £250 voucher to help her grow her vinyl record collection.

The staff were really friendly and knew the products. The record I wanted had already sold out; limited edition Minecraft Vinyl, but they quickly found an alternative, which is even better. It was ordered and I collected from store a few days later. Excellent.
