Collected my CD from Wakefield trinity shop, it was well packaged and I didn't have to wait long for my order to arrive. Will definitely order again from hmv next time.

The first more mature lady that ordered my goods was very efficient and polite.
The delivery was on time thank you and young gentleman on phone service was most helpful.
My 2nd visit to the store for collection of my order was dealt with profociently but no pleasantness, was just asked my name, no further conversation ensued

I don’t even know if my order is here!?
Never received an email that my order had been sent to store and was ready for collection, tried contacting the branch to check as I didn’t want to go and it still not be there.. therefore ended up being 1 Christmas present down and still no sign of my order!!! So disappointed.

Simple to order simple to pick up. Only downside is I didn't know that click and collect meant waiting for delivery to store when said item was in stock but nevertheless an easy experience

Excellent service all round
1st time ordering through website as product was a pre-order. Easy to order, with great communication regarding collection. Store staff (Wakefield store) very friendly and collection done with ease. Would have no hesitation in ordering online again and recommended HMV to others.

HMV staff were very helpful when looking for a particular cd, it was easy and quick to have it delivered to store.easy…
HMV staff were very helpful when I was trying to find a particular artist in store and upon having no luck the member of staff looked the item up on the system and offered to get the item delivered to the store for me. It was very straight forward and was kept up to date via email and it only took a few days to come in. Really good service.
