I recently have been made redundant with my full time job and needed to get in contact with a solicitor to help me out with my redundancy agreement paperwork.

I dealt with Alex Dawson. He was amazing throughout the whole process. He managed to break down the paperwork bit by bit to ensure my understanding and was just overall very helpful.

Alex was very contactable. I would send an email and he would call me straight away which was great! On top of this, he had a good personality and managed to make me laugh. His customer service was excellent!

Worst firm! Would strongly recommended against, proceed at your own peril.

The worst firm I have ever dealt with. Pure incompetence shown from senior management within the firm with no acknowledgement of their errors. Made a challenging time decidedly worse through poor communication and failing to deal with urgent queries in a timely manner. Would never recommend to anyone.

The conveyancing service was excellent. The efficiency of Hodders Team, Harlesden, allowed me to complete the sale of my house in two months from June to August 2020. I found then quick to contact, speedy to act and responsive to my requirements. Value for money, sensitivity and professional knowledge were all five stars in my case. A very dispiriting experience indeed. My matter is nearly 3 years old and it is still not completed despite my having paid over a large sum of money to this firm. I have reported the situation to the legal Ombudsman and the Solicitors Regulation Authority so hopefully they can help me as I do not feel my complaints to this firm were properly addressed.
