Very poor quality walking shoes that have fallen apart after just over a year of wear. Hoka refusing to offer any form of warranty repair or replacement which is also very poor. I would strongly advise avoiding this company and shopping elsewhere

Be very careful buying high-end Hoka shoes. I purchased a pair and wore them very infrequently. Within 10 months, the internal frame inside the fabric lining of the right heel completely collapsed inward. It is bent permanently, making the shoe incredibly painful on the heel and entirely unwearable. Meanwhile, the rest of the shoe—including the bottom tread—is in perfect condition, clearly showing it has hardly been used.
When I submitted a warranty claim with my receipt and photos showing the shoes were barely worn, Hoka's customer care denied it, claiming it was "accidental damage or misuse." Sliding your foot into a shoe is not misuse—it is standard operation. The internal structural materials simply failed to hold up.
For a premium brand that charges top dollar, their customer service and product durability are incredibly disappointing. They do not stand behind their manufacturing defects. Save your money or buy from a brand that actually honors their warranty. I have been wearing shoes from Nike, Reebok, Skechers, and Brooks, and none of them have ever had this problem. In my experience, Hoka shoes are of cheap quality and did not last very long. This will be our last purchase from Hoka. My family and I will let all our friends know to avoid these low-quality shoes, especially since they charge much more than other brands.

I order Hoka Clifton i have arthritis in my knee and after research found these Hoka that give my knee a full cushion support and its amazing , color, quality, workmanship in these sneakers are great. Shipping was fast. Order on website was super easy

Terrible experience wearing first time HOKA shoes, parachute materials and all kind of commercial ways to sell it promising warranty etc. is false, Hola with a terrible customer service team who never answered or reviewed long forms and pictures. Sold me 6 months ago a pair of shoes that are unsafe since I felt down cause a rubber sticky material gets stuck on floor specially carpets, the bulky point is a danger. Not warranty because they intelligently get policies that no one can win but loose the $200 invested. My advice to people Go to DSW buy better brands for less money but never HOKA are awful also never buy full price in Bloomingdales like I did!! I lost $200 dollars. So mad, I give a star because don’t allow zero star. The shoes I bought are terrible.

Ordered and delivered in two days. Very happy with that after. DPD delivery was at the earliest stage of the window too so didn't have to wait around either. Delivery guy was cool too.

The site is easy to use and gives useful advice about the products. I just received my new sliders and they look and feel amazing!

Avoid - like the shoes. but if an issue with product good luck and you can’t trust what they email you (check your own records)

Comfy shoes but two fault pairs of Clifton 9 where parts of sole fell off within a couple of week.

After explaining chain of issues, Customer services promised to replace with other stock. HOWEVER, as soon as I return faulty shoes say they can no longer send replacements. Offered quick 15% fob off.

All over a coupe of faultly hoka shoes and broken hoka emails promises….

I am extremely disappointed with HOKA’s customer service and return process. This has been, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an online retailer.

My husband purchased a pair of HOKA shoes for me as a gift. He paid using Apple Pay, which automatically selected an old family address by mistake. As soon as he noticed, he immediately tried to cancel the order. We were still well within the 30 minute cancellation window clearly mentioned in HOKA’s policy. He even called customer service right away.

Instead of honoring their own policy, we were told that the cancellation policy “doesn’t apply to all orders.” That exception was nowhere made clear when the purchase was placed. If your published policy isn’t actually honored, then what is the point of having it?

Because HOKA refused to cancel the order, the package was delivered to the wrong address. We then went through the trouble of returning the shoes. We had proof that they were shipped back, but after waiting nearly three weeks with no refund or update, we finally contacted HOKA again. By that time, we had thrown away the shipping receipt because we never imagined this process would turn into such a nightmare.

HOKA then claimed they never received the return. As a result, we lost the shoes, we lost our money, and we received absolutely nothing in return.

This entire situation started because HOKA refused to honor its own cancellation policy. Had they simply canceled the order when requested within the stated time limit none of this would have happened.

The customer service was unhelpful, the policies were misleading, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I expected much better from a company with HOKA’s reputation.

I will not be purchasing from HOKA again, and I cannot recommend buying directly from them. If you do, be aware that their published policies may not be honored, and if something goes wrong, you may be left without your product or your money.
