Worst company ever
Worst company ever, booked a vacation, upon arrival to the airport, Arkia company charged us 100+ nis for "Trolly fee" when tried to explained we booked and paid directly via Holidayfinder, we were threatened to not fly at all, When contacted Holidayfinder- they blame Arkia although we paid and dealt directly with Holidayfinder, there was no mentions about extra fees, Holidayfinder never replied or refunded us, honestly one of the worst company I've ever work with.

Ordered packaged holiday to Dubai
Ordered packaged holiday to Dubai, all went well till we had issue with the flight which meant we lost a night in hotel, and when we needed support Holidayfinder.co.il were not reachable. No support was given till day after and when they reached out just closed the reach out application.
Shameful support.

Recently (2025) the company ran into…
Recently (2025) the company ran into difficulties and refuses to refund money even though a premium was paid for insurance against flight cancellations.
There is no response in any media in communicating with them.
We had to sue the company in court, half a year has passed and we are still waiting for a refund.
In short - stay away!
