Was in Destin when the hurricane hit this fall. Due to manditory evacuation we had to leave a day early. We did not buy the extra insurance to cover such an event but was refunded the night lost by Holiday isle. They are a standup company and we will stay with them again.

Excellent experience, easy to work with, great location and condo! Will be back!

I can't begin to express my thanks for all the help HIP employees have been to me. Moving from Destin was really stressful and trying to update my unit with only a few days there, could not have been accomplished without their help. Everyone is so cheerful and willing to help that I highly recommend HIP for rental management!

We had an unpleasant experience with Holiday Isle Properties this time. Because Holiday Isle Properties failed to collect all keys from the previous occupant, our unit was entered by the previous occupants after we checked in! It made for a tense few minutes. We are not sure why these people returned to the unit, but we got them to leave, confiscated their key, and insisted upon having the locks changed. There were also many things missing from the unit, and we had to have it restocked with things like silverware and wine glasses. Once all that was taken care of, we had a good visit and enjoyed the unit and dock slip. All this could have been avoided if a keypad lock had been used, with the combination changed for each new guest.

Vacation made easy! Planning to final selection of property and reserving with Holiday Isle is so easy. I would recommend Holiday Isle for your next vacation. Friendly staff and good location, easy access!!

Everything was perfect. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The whole place was clean and neat. Perfect location and easy to rent. We stayed for a week and everything was in working order with everything easy to find. I’ll definately be staying with them again! So many memories made!

Beautiful well-maintained condo in a gated community with security. Great location to shopping & restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Overall, nice accommodations, great location, just thought they could have had a few more little conveniences, such as first roll paper towels or napkins, coffee filters, garbage bags, no hairdryers, etc. we went to Dollar Store & hopefully helped the guests after us. Maybe that is the norm in that area ??

The staff is very personable, professional and courteous. The reservation process is simple and the fees are competitive. I wish there were a few more pet friendly accommodations available, but overall the properties available are nice and very convenient to the beach, shopping, Harbor Walk, etc.

Clean beautiful home. Perfect experience for my family. Not crowded at Destin during this time. One very small drawback was construction crew working across the street from this rental house with the loud backing beeps on their construction vehicles in the morning. This was just a small inconvenience. Management handled any concerns we had at house immediately, such as help getting fireplace working.

The accommodations were first rate. My only suggestion is to modernize the fitness room as the equipment is old and rusty. I really enjoyed my stay and we're going back at the end of this year.

Need to update. Real pricey for the units. Clean but really outdated.

When I evacuated for the hurricane in Oct.2018 I was told that I would be credited for 2 days, I was not. when I came back after the hurricane the condo keys were not left in the lock box for me.

Stella Maris is a beautiful home overlooking the lake and just steps from the beach boardwalk and community pool. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen set up and supplies were great.

Employees great. Software sucks.

Very nice place to stay. Close to the beach, clean rooms, quiet. Friendly staff.

The property we rented matched the photos online. No unexpected surprises. The rental company went above & beyond to be helpful. They placed a call to us on our arrival date to remind us of check-in procedures and to give directions. They also had sand buckets & beach toys for each of the five children traveling with us.
