I would like to see security improved especially dead bolts on the entrance door of #1047.

The other thing that needs improvement is the closet space for hang up clothes. It is provided but one can not access because the closet rods are totally too high and out of reach! One doesn’t want to use the two step ladder every time you reach for another garment!

The furniture in the living room needs replacing. The swivel rocker is stained and soiled. The couch sinks almost to the floor when you sit on it and is very difficult to stand up from when rising.

They did their job. I did my job. Everyone is happy.

This is our first year with holiday. We had few problems but the staff was more than helpful and issues were resolved . I highly recommend Holuday

Great view over the beach but very basic rental. Needs some updating.

Wonderful view and spacious layout. Condo guest bathroom toilet broke during our stay and was immediately fixed. The condo stove did not work properly, but worked for our needs while there. We were visiting while the red algae was high which put a damper on our ocean/beach experience, but we would definitely stay again.

We have been staying at sandpiper cove for over 7 yrs. We have stayed with family for fall summer break, fall breaks, and cinco De Mayo with couples. I would highly recommend sandpiper cove to anyone with families or with a spouse for a long wkend. Thanks again

Always a great stay and Customer service. We were there during Hurricane Michael this year and there was a Mandatory evacuation. We went to Gulf Shores, AL for 2 days and stayed with friends. After it missed Destin, we returned for three more days and were given a refund for two days even without Insurance. Been staying with Holiday Isle since 2010 and will be back every year, sometimes twice when we can. Thanks!

The facility was everything advertised and I would recommend this service company to anyone wanting to spend some leisure time on the beach.

We had a hurricane come in on both or our trips last year. We had to leave two days early on both trips. They never offered to give my money back or to replace my days. That sucks 🌲🌲

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oceana — condo was very nicely appointed with a beautiful view of the ocean. The only negative was the new TV service provider —it was way too complicated for a rental unit, and very frustrating to try and use for a short term. This does not diminish the comfort and enjoyment of the condo itself, since we didn’t go to the beach to watch TV.

We were evacuated from an approaching Hurricane. Hurricane was set for 1-3 PM on Wednesday and we were told we had to leave by 10 AM Tuesday. I really would have liked to had at least stayed till early the next morning. But the hurricane missed Destin and we were allowed to come back on Thursday at 10 AM for the last 4 days of our vacation. Everything was very clean and neat. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. Holiday Isle Properties were as accommodating as they were allowed to be due to the Hurricane. I am sure that our safety was their first concern.
