An awesome place to stay and enjoy all the beach benefits! Would definitely stay here again in the future!!!

We loved our stay, this was the 2nd time in 101A, perfect in every way.

We have booked our vacation the past three years with Holiday Isle Properties, and everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly, and provided excellent customer service if we had questions. The accomodations were always as stated on the web site, and were always clean and comfortable upon our arrival. Traveling from NC to FL, if our unit was ready when we arrived, we could check in early. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Holiday Isle Properties to anyone planning a stay in Destin.

The Condo was very clean and had all the accessories that we needed to cook with. We had to bring cleaning supplies which was fine. The condo we had was overlooking the canal..quiet gated community! Our next trip to Destin we will be requesting a different condo across the street over looking the beach!!

They were very easy to deal with! Condo was nice!!

My family stayed here twice last year and we will definitely try for more visits this year. The staff at Sandpiper Cove are fantastic. We had an issue with our coffee pot and they fixed the problem within minutes.

We began using Holiday Isle Properties about 2 years ago and have booked 5 trips to Destin with them since. They are always courteous, on time with communications, quick to resolve any issues. They have always represented the properties accurately. We will use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great time and experience. Love the location! My unit was a great size! Did not like the fact that we had to pretty much clean the unit ourselves before we left. It put a little pressure on is as we had a distance to drive to get our flight. What exactly did the house cleaning have to do besides change the linen? By the time we followed all the cleaning instructions there was nothing left. This aspect was the only negative thing for me. Other than that loved it!

Excellent accommodations. We loved our 2 br 2 bth condo with a view of the community swimming pool. The check in/check out process was very smooth.

Great Ammenities. Good location. Friendly staff

My family has been staying at Sandpiper Cove for over 20 years now. They are clean, accommodating, and the units are kept in great shape. The gulf side condos are 100 steps to the beach from the back porch. Will continue to return for 20+ more years!

My husband and I have stayed at the Pelican before and love it, but will never rent this condo again or rent from this company again. The floors were dirty as well as several utensils. The refrigerator was ridiculously old. The door on one of the showers didn’t even close! This had obviously been going on a while, with water leaking because there was black mold in that bathroom! When we checked in with the rental property office, the girl told us we got our parking pass from the guard shack and didn’t need to check in at the front desk....wrong! The guard in the guard shack was confused and directed us to checking in at the front desk. So....we had to check in two places! After driving 12 hours, we didn’t appreciate the confusion! Love the Pelican, but not this property. The view wasn’t worth it! We’ve stayed in the 17th floor before, with awesome view. We checked in once with no confusion. This condo is not recommended by us!
