I had my eye on a bag that was out of stock - I signed up for notifications on the website and kept looking. I was sure I had missed out, However, the more I couldn’t have it, the more I wanted it !

The Customer Service at Holland Cooper is exceptional! The quality of the clothing and footwear that I have purchased have been excellent.
The Boutique is lovely, the moment you walk in you feel so welcomed but not crowded, nothing is too much trouble BUT the moment you walk into Atelier 🤩WOW 🤩 it really does make you stand back for a minute or two and take it all in. The ladies in there were so talented, they suggested pieces that I would never of thought of wearing but once I had them on that was it, I was in love 😍. I was able to order other items tailored the way I would prefer, different buttons, material etc … again nothing was too much trouble.
I did feel sorry for one of the ladies as she was running back and too with different items and sizes but she was so lovely and always had a smile on her face, unfortunately I do not have her name but Julie in Atelier was so talented, thoughtful and kind, thank you.
Aggie and Rose, Personal Shoppers, Customer Services are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond and are a real credit and asset to Holland Cooper, they are very approachable, knowledgeable, professional, very prompt and so do a fantastic job, thank you x

Ordered an item, but what I have received is not what I ordered, and worse looks used. Other than sending an email to customer support and hoping for a response to get this resolved, the customer service number for 'urgent enquiries' directs you back to the website. I absolutely love Holland Cooper. The colors, fabrics, and signature gold buttons make every piece look elegant and luxurious. I recently purchased the Sofia Knitted Jacket, and it is even more beautiful in person. The quality is exceptional and truly worth the price.
I also own one of their handbags, and the black leather with gold hardware looks incredibly sophisticated. I live in Thailand, and whenever I visit the UK, I always make time to shop at Holland Cooper. Their coats, blazers, handbags, and jackets never disappoint.

Ur a little shop next to a pub in Cheltenham. Also everyone is the same. All stuck up and staff look tired and overworked. Get some vibes and variety flowing in there . You dont come out of that shop thinking the owner is a nice person. Shop in Bicester village is not great either.

Disappointing store visit
I visited the flagship store this afternoon after being recommended to visit by a friend, as I wanted some longer length jeans. Very disappointed by the service. Three assistants behind the till deep in conversation, I had to interrupt to be served. The jeans too were disappointing - all the sizes seemed to be wrong. Size 12 and 14 fitted the same for some reason on the same design of jeans. On a different design the regular length and long had a 8” difference in leg length ! .i was told they had been having some issues. I was then left to it. I left the store and passed by the assistant who was now standing in the doorway asking another member of staff if they had ever been to visit a medium - no goodbye or was everything ok!! Not great for what is purporting to be a luxury brand.

Stunning dress and professional service
I saw a beautiful dress modelled outdoors by Jade (the orangerie shirt dress), which by the way looks so much better than the internal modelled version online, and ordered it with a pair of white pumps for a wedding. The order and delivery process was efficient. The dress is out of this world, and I love the personal touches in the packaging and in the messages I have received. I want the blue version but it’s out of stock at the moment.. I hope they get more soon!

Have been buying Holland Cooper clothing for year. It’s sad to witness the demise of what was a great company. I ordered a jacket which arrived last week, so badly packed the jacket as very creased. Regency Wellington Boots Are Simply the Best
I purchased the Matte Black Regency Wellington boots.
Before placing my order, I contacted Holland Cooper to ask whether they could ship to Japan.
After placing my order, I received an email that crossed with my inquiry, which made me a little anxious. However, they responded to my questions immediately, so I was able to wait for the delivery with complete peace of mind.
When the boots arrived, I was truly delighted. I fell in love with the design at first sight and decided to purchase them even though they were expensive.
The actual boots are lighter than I expected, and the rubber is soft, making them extremely comfortable to wear.
The only thing I would like to see is more colour options. If a gloss version or colours such as navy or yellow become available, I would definitely buy another pair.
The packaging was excellent, and I have absolutely no complaints.
I do not usually purchase products from overseas, so I was a little nervous at first, but in the end there was nothing to worry about at all.
I would happily purchase from Holland Cooper again.

So far, so good….
Everything I’ve purchased from Holland Cooper has, to date, been of the highest quality. Delivery has been exemplary as has the refund process when occasionally necessary. I have found the leggings and contour trousers to come up smaller than average so I’ve needed a 10 instead of my usual 8 and the lower legs are still rather narrow - slightly wider would be more comfortable. The footbed sandals are, however, perfect for a broader foot as wider than average so extremely comfortable.

Size up or you’ll be disappointed
I’ve bought almost my entire wardrobe from Holland Cooper over the years, and until the last 12 months the quality and sizing were fantastic. Sadly, that no longer seems to be the case.
Over the last few weeks I’ve ordered several pairs of trousers and jeans in various sizes, and none of them are anywhere near the sizing of my existing Holland Cooper items. Some feel at least two sizes smaller. Yesterday I received a pair of black jeans that were the exact same style as an older pair I own, yet even going up a size, the waist was still noticeably smaller than my current pair. This isn’t due to my old jeans stretching—the difference is significant.
My daughter, who is a size 8, was able to fit into a size 14 last week, and yesterday’s order was no different. I’ve also noticed that the jeans are now manufactured in Turkey, and whether that’s related or not, the sizing consistency has completely disappeared.
I used to recommend Holland Cooper without hesitation, but now I simply can’t. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect premium quality and consistent sizing. Unfortunately, customer service has been equally disappointing—all I receive is “we’ll look into it,” with no meaningful resolution.
It’s such a shame, as this was once an outstanding British brand that I genuinely loved. Sadly, I’ll now be looking elsewhere.

What can I say about Holland Cooper…
What can I say about Holland Cooper other than the styles, the design and quality of their products is outstanding. Every day I pretty much wear HC from head to toe and every day someone will comment on how they like it. The clothes make me feel good and look good. Only last week I was in a group business meeting wearing it HC pink pop bucle jacket and within seconds of entering I was told I looked “ a million dollars “. As a business woman it feels great and gives me confidence.
