Contacted customer services with an error on my part by ordering the wrong size. I received excellent service and was offered the correct size. Very pleased with Holland Country Clothing ,value, quality and above and beyond customer services.

Offering a great range of clothing, and after sales service. I contacted them when I spotted an error in my delivery address and they could not have been more helpful in correcting it for me.

Now, 19th May, still awaiting delivery of the ordered item. Excellent Sales Service, but not so in providing item purchased.

First class customer service in helping me to return a coat and reorder in a different size. The coat itself is excellent and feels like very good quality for the price. Abe was super efficient and an exemplar of great customer care.

Good prices, very fast shipping, very responsive to any query/request. Recommended!

I've had multiple orders from them now and the items are top quality, I've found the shirts particularly good value, I've just bought another lot in short sleeve ready for summer.
DPD Delivery to shop is very helpful.

I needed an exchange for a smaller size of the same garment and I received a call-back from Abe at Hollands Cointry Clothing.
He was great, swiftly organising a return label to my printer, while promising me a new garment asap. Brilliant service, so well done Abe and Hollands - you have great customer service!

I had placed an order and realised I'd selected the wrong size so I emailed my problem and was contacted within minutes and everything was sorted out promptly, the website is very user friendly too.

I had a slight problem paying for my order ( I think it was mainly my fault) but I phoned customer service and it was sorted straight away. Order delivered when they said it would. Excellent service.

I had to return some goods and order new and couldn't log on . I rang up. all my queries were answered completely , a new order started , the return process started and my two accounts merged so as to avoid confusion in the future. it was great to speak to someone who knew their business and had good interpersonal skills . TBH we've never had anything different from Hollands .

First time I ordered from Hollands Country Clothing. I liked the choice they had as I had a specific need around safety boots. Although the product was just as I expected it, it wasn't really suitable on further reflections, so I have exchanged it for something else. The process to arrange the return was very quick and easy. I did make a call to check something else and spoke to one of their team who was very helpful and accommodating. The business has a nice personal feel to it, the service being very good overall.

My order was placed late on Sunday night and the waterproof clothing was required for my son school trip leaving on Wednesday morning. I contacted Hollands at 9am on Monday morning and the message was relayed to staff working in there shop who then had the items despatched immediately. I live in Northern Ireland so it still had a long journey from mainland UK before the item was delivered.
We received early on Tuesday afternoon due to excellent service provided by all of the Hollands.
