A really good company to deal with. I had searched high and low for an extra link for my watch strap, with no success at all. Even Citizen UK, was unable to help me. The next best thing for me to do was to replace the watch strap on a like for like basis. Again, I had no success, until I came across Holland Watch Group. To my surprise they had the exact watch strap that I had hunted high and low for. I ordered it and was in receipt of it within five days. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new watch, or that elusive part!

Not delivered on schedule
Not delivered on schedule! Came 5 days late and I had left town to visit family. Watch was gift for grandson for Easter and I was unable to give it to him. I sent an email to customer service as soon as I saw it would not be delivered on time and asked to cancel the order. They never responded. I’m still not home yet and still don’t know if the watch will be there when I return. I advise to avoid this business!

Good experience so far. My order was quickly dispatched and the shipping took 5 days (to France). The bracelet I ordered for my swatch was genuinely original and well protected in the package.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had…
One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company so far.
I never received my order, and after multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone—with no response—I had to escalate the issue through my Visa and file a dispute. Only then did they finally respond, offering a half-hearted apology and claiming the item was delivered, essentially accusing me of lying over a $60 purchase.
Extremely disappointing, especially considering they are a distributor for my watch brand, Police brand.
