If you think you might have to return a product for any reason DONT purchase from this company. Unfortunately they dont seem to have no proper returns service for UK customers even when they trade under whatch.co.uk. I have been waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks now with no sign of receiving my £100 refund on my watch strap

I ordered a replacement stainless steel bracelet for a Tissot watch. It came with only 1 little rod instead of 2. Futhermore the rod was too narrow to attach the bracelet into the watch. Luckily I kept the ones from the old bracelet. When we pay almost a 100 euros for a bracelet, we expect it to come with all the right bits. I ordered this from their online store "Masters in Time". Would NOT recommend.

Very poor! Sent me a faulty product. Initial service was good and was issued with a replacement promptly. However, this turned out to have the same fault. HWG now refusing to offer a refund or even acknowledge my emails

Absolutely brilliant customer service

I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The staff were wonderful, they went out of their way to ensure I got the watch I wanted, and were very helpful when the shipping was so long. I've already been back for another watch and will buy all my watches from them from now on.

Very pleased with customer service and my purchase. I found on HWG site available strap to replace my broken strap, but I wasn't sure if that will fit mine. I knew my watch model but wanted to know for 100% that strap length will fit my wrist, and customer service was brilliant. Chiara and Paula helped me to make sure that my purchase will be correct and explained me shipping costs to UK as I was not sure if there were an additional tax after Brexit. My experience is very good! Thank you.

I purchased a watch strap from WATCH.CO.UK that is part of this group. They are based in the Netherlands and NOT the UK which I only found out when I needed to return a faulty strap !! They advised me to return the strap by Royal Mail and if I provided them with a copy of the receipt then they would refund the £3.25 return postage fee. It has been three weeks and I have not received a refund of the return postage or for the faulty watch strap !! They no longer reply to any of my emails !! I am currently £29.25 out of pocket and trying to get my money back through PayPal !! The worst Customer Service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I posted the below review under Watch.co.uk which is part of this group. Thought I would post it here also so people can be warned.

I ordered a watch strap from this company (Watch.co.uk). It was delivered the next day but unfortunately they sent me the wrong strap which did not fit my watch. The strap cost £135 for a Hamilton Ventura Elvis80 watch. It has an unusual way of fitting so any old strap will not do. The strap I asked for was black silicone rubber and the one they sent me was brown leather which would not even fit my watch. When I called to find out if I could get the correct strap they just told me that mistakes happen and they could not tell me if they could get the correct strap. I sent them pictures of what they sent me and what I actually wanted but this did not seem to help. For the price I paid I expect better service than this but they just don't seem to be bothered. I am now seeking a refund from this company. In hindsight I should have read some of the online reviews of this company (Watch.co.uk) as they seem to send out incorrect items quite regularly. I will not be using them again as it is just not worth the hassle. The customer service is truly awful as they just don't seem to care when they get things wrong. Please avoid!!!

I ordered two straps on 3/07/2020 and I haven’t received until 14/09/2020.Please don’t waste your time and money.

Ordered a swatch strap and pin tool. Followed the on line tracking which showed the strap had gone all over the place, sent out on the wrong delivery schedule etc.
Unsurprisingly I never received it! Formally notified Squiggly and they seem unable or unwilling to either refund the cost or send a new strap out, leaving me out of pocket.

Others should beware and avoid this company -clearly not reliable or trustworthy, based upon my experience.

Squiggly is terrible i ordered a watch band two weeks ago and im still waiting. I emailed them and they said to give it an additional 20 business days before they will replace or refund my money. They are terrible i made a huge mistake ordering from them. Its 2018 NOTHING should take that long to ship!!!!! I will never buy anything from them again!!!

I never knew swatch made some fantastic automatic watches with ETA movements around 90s until I accidentally found one in ebay. Upon searching Internet found squiggly has a huge collection of all swatch watch models. I quickly ordered one and my first swatch automatic watch arrived in perfect condition within ten days to Canada . Squiggly should be your one stop shop for swatch watches

Fast services, good product. I bought a strap for a Casio Irony Retrograde and was fit perfect. Only problem was that I choose cheaper shipping at 3 pounds but at checkout they put the higher price for shipping, like 7 pounds eve that I didn't choose that.

Ordered a swath from squiggly it had 2 year warranty represented as NOS. This watch was obviously worn crystal fuzzy and scratched with other obvious wear marks. I complained with no response from company buyer beware.

I have purchased a replacement vintage 1991 Chrono Swatch. I have also purchased a new band and recently ordered a 2011 automatic Chrono. Their website is chock-full of well-organized photographs and information. It is a model website serving a model organization. I only wish they sold vintage and current Omega wrist watches as well. But I digress. They're shipping is first-rate in terms of options, pricing and the manner in which items are prepared for travel. I love squiggly.com and I'm a very picky person, and when I find a company like this I look no further - yes, I actually feel a sense of loyalty, ridiculous in this day and age of "right now, right here and if not to hell with you." No wonder the Dutch once ruled the world! It seems they simply focus on the customer and watch the business take care of itself as a result. That's how I succeed in my business and I rarely see it in others so when I do I feel compelled to write about it.

As a lapsed swatch collector I wanted a way back in,it's hard to find swatches on the high street now so looked online,they have to have the biggest and best range in the world,watch was delivered in good time,beautifuly wrapped,so pleased with everything that I have already ordered another one with hopefully many more to come.

The biggest question going in was if the swatch watches they were selling were brand new, especially the lines from the 1980's and 90's. They are true to their word. My vintage 1991 swatch came new in mint condition in the exact specified delivery time. I will order from Squiggly again and again.

I placed a request on Squiggly for a particular watch about 5 or 8 years ago. I have looked into every swatch shop on my various holidays on 2 continents with no success. Out of the blue, Squiggly emailed to say they now had one. I ordered it & the watch arrived within 3 days. Absolutely fantastic. I am so delighted to have this watch again after so many years. Would recommend this company to everyone.

Excellent service with swift and secure delivery of my new watch band for my Swatch. I was very impressed with their extensive range of Swatch products and able to purchase a band for my Swatch which dated from 2007. Their site was easy to navigate as well as providing good information.
The delivery was super fast too, so a big thank you to the people at Squiggly.
