I was very impressed by the extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly team. They made it a pleasure to shop there. I was able to try out the guitars that I was interested in. They called me back with information on pricing and products that they weren't able to answer when I was in the store. Gave me a great deal on the items that I wanted. Fender Deluxe Roadhouse Stratocaster with hard-case. Set up the instrument for me and contacted me when it was ready to collect. I have recommended them to my friends.

I recently traded in a dreadnought acousic guitar and a similar sized 12 string acoustic towards a travel sized Sigma guitar at Hollywood Music Shop. I got a good price on the trade ins towards the very reasonably priced Sigma. Lots of help and advice from the guys and no preasure. Very Happy with my deal. Thanks!!

Traded in a Tokai guitar for a new Orange amp. All very simple and good price. Amp and cab were not in stock so ordered for home delivery and arrived within a week. Great service, would definitely recommend Jon and the team.
