Great experience with this company - took a while to work out and repair what would be described a difficult problem with my dishwasher. Thorough, thoughtful and polite - have used before and will use again, Thanks very much H

Kazim charged me £90 in advance to do service of my mom's oven Stoves. I sent him pictures earlier and he has no doubt that he wont be able to do it. He went there and found out he can't service it. The problem was low flame and burner turning off when pots are put and he could not fix it. He spent 10-15 minutes and then left. Since then I have been contacting them but they neither pick my calls nor respond to my messages. I understand he travelled but charging £90 for something they could not fix is not right. I spoke to Stoves professional team and they have confirmed that the technician I called did not know the job and a 5 years old oven can easily be fixed. I will contact citizen's advice beareu and would take this case further up!

One thing is clear that they provide no support after the appointment and even in the appointment they show that they are trying to fix something but they dont know how to fix it.

All reviews that you see on google are definitely made up reviews that is easy now a days.

It makes statisfy for about punctual service.

Pete is an absolute lifesaver! He came out the same day to fix our washing machine, which was greatly appreciated since we can’t be without it with an elderly vulnerable adult to care for. He was kind, respectful, and full of brilliant advice for caring for the machine in the future to get more life out of it. It was fixed quick smart and for a very reasonable price. We can’t thank Pete enough. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone.

What an absolute pleasure to deal with,the service was way above any other.I ordered the wrong appliance,but when arrived the he engineers took back and returned with the correct one with no issues.we have to support our local businesses as the big chains would not have gone above and beyond like R.D.A.will definitely use again.

Very swift service by Peter to repair my tumble dryer. Polite and helpful. Had to order a part and it came the next day. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Peter arrived ahead ofbtime and was very knowledgeable. He identifiedbthe problem very quickly and whilst he didn't have the right sized part he needed in his van nipped back to his workshop and obtained it.

Very prompt attendance, within the hour. Managed to retrieve my daughters iPhone from inside the back sealed compartment of the oven where it had fallen. Very relieved and happy daughter! Reasonably priced and tidied up afterwards!

I phoned with a problem with my Mother's washing machine they would have came that day but we arranged next day £50 call out very reasonable which if work was undertaken was part if that bill.
Thay got it working and was kept informed by Paul as I couldn't attend.
Very professional and nice people 5 star work.
He found mice had damaged wires which luckily he could fix.

Phoned last Saturday morning for washing machine leaking. Mark arrived before 11am found problem was not washing machine but sink. Mark sorted the problem for me and cleared up. Very pleased. Good prompt service which I will use again and he is local. Bosch told me it would be three weeks before engineer could visit, Mark was there in less than two hours.😊 exc ellant

I have used Mark on a number of occasions now for my washing machine and dishwasher.

I have passed him number to all family and friends.

He delivers a 10/10 service!

Mark is more then reasonable on costing, he is honest and reliable! Never tries to make money out of a job.

Today for example I contacted mark only last night re my dishwasher not working. He arranged for the job the next day which as we all no is a god send! He also informed me of the gentleman's name that would be coming (Peter) and that if he could get to me any earlier he would be in contact. Peter called mid morning and asked if he could attend earlier then arranged which was a bonus to me! He was quick to work and had the machine up and running in a matter of minutes.

He then proceeded to explain the issue and was very honest and professional in saying what my options were going forward!

Absolutely thrilled at the service i received. Peter arrived quickly, found the fault (which he could not repair as the part was obsolete) and brought and installed a new machine within 24 hours. Will definately be recommending him.

Peter came over and explained it may be the worst case scenario with our dishwasher- however, after taking a look he was able to repair it within 15 minutes with no additional costs.
