I first used home appliance 2 years ago when my dishwasher stopped emptying, I spoke to Mark who told Peter the engineer, he called round the same day and fixed it promptly, later the same year I had trouble with my old fridge freezer, Peter again did a good job with that, no problem for him at all, he was very knowledgeable and I had a lot of confidence in him, he charged a fair price and I was happy. Last week I decided to have a revamp, I called Pete and together we chose a new washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. I was so pleased Pete helped me as he advised me which appliances would suit me the best, he was right. My new appliances were then delivered and fitted there and then with Pete taking the old ones away. I highly recommend this company to anyone, they have a well earned 5 star from me

Can't speak highly enough about this company, our washing broke down and decided we didn't want it repaired we wanted new! After researching various companies I found reviews about Home Appliance and gave them a call. Within 24 hour's I had chosen a new integrated washer dryer and was washing my first load.
Pete the engineer was very professional and a bit of a perfectionist to be honest proper old school customer service.
I will be using Home Appliances again and recommending them to friends and family without hesitation.

They was friendly reliable

We had an issue with our dishwasher and found Pete from Google. We were able to book an appointment via an app which was easy to do and we had a same day appointment.

We were impressed with Pete’s knowledge and experience and so impressed by his honesty. Pete gave us many options to repair our machine, and these were what would have been the most financially viable for us and not to give him business which was really impressive.

Pete also provided helpful advice to us to care for our other appliances and was an all round great bloke, really friendly and helpful and wouldn’t hesistate to recommend him to anyone. He epitomises what tradesman should be, honest, friendly and there to help.

My grill popped and blew the electrics in the whole house yesterday morning so I called Mark at 9.30 and his engineer Pete was with me by 12.30. He gave me quotes to fix or replace the oven and I decided to buy new. Pete came back today and has already installed the new oven at a fantastic price. Amazing service once again. Thank you
