found this amazing company via ebay. soon switched to their website to avoid the hassell of ebay. what can i say? they have been amazing, always happy to answer any questions i have. and being new to home brew i had some stupid questions!! all of which were answered with respect.

I ordered the Brewbuddy Bitter Kit late one afternoon on a whim, and was rather surprised when it turned up 2 days later (I had forgotten I had ordered it!). Excellent customer service when I rang and enquired if the offer of an extra 40 free pints was still available - I was advised that there was only one kit left, and that it was mine if I wanted it! So I got 80 pints of bitter and all the kit required, for £35 including delivery, which I thought was pretty darn good. I will definitely be buying more bitters to try when I have got through these 80 pints!

I have only been brewing for a short while and have ordered from a number of companies on line. Home-Brew-Online .com is the first i have come across that does exactely what it says on the tin. Gives good prices (Better than a lot) and when they say delivery in 2-3 days you can rely on it.

many years ago i used to use Boots beer kits which were o.k. The kits now are so much better,the beers are really good.I have 3 on the go now. (my fave is the Belgian but it takes longer to mature)

needed a brew that would be straight forward to do as i had been away from the art of homebrewing for a lot of years ,and the products had changed since i had last attempted to brew my own beer,got the advice and the equipment i needed all inside 3 days ,and a voucher as well ,great stuff .never had a bad beer yet,thanks again.

Easy to use website, kits arrived as quickly as I would think possible, and the selection of beers is really top notch. I found this company on ebay, and am very happy to have been directed to their own website as this is likely to be the only home brew company I use from now on.

I've never had a problem with this compnay. The goods are shipped quickly and if a problem does arise it is dealt with in the proper manner, in my case a replacement air lock was despatched the very next day. Many a larger company could learn a lot about customer service from Home Brew-online. I can't recommend them enough.

I would say that of all the home brew shops that I have used for shopping online, this company is the one which I find most reliable. There always seems to be plenty of stock and choice and my orders are sent straight away and arrive very quickly. The website used to be a bit difficult to use but they seem to have a new one which is tons better and works really well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Brew Online to other home brewers.
