I booked this company for a deep clean of my new flat, and it turned out to be one of the worst service experiences I've had.

On the first day, they sent two cleaners who spent almost half a day at the property, yet many areas were still left dirty. They didn't even bring proper cleaning products for a professional deep clean. The oven was left almost untouched, and I had to show them a cleaning solution I had bought from Lidl, which worked better than the products they brought.

The biggest issue was the damage they caused to my wooden living room floor. Instead of using appropriate cleaning methods, they used a metal scrubbing pad to remove stains, leaving scratches all over the floor. I now have to pay extra to have the floor polished because of their negligence.

I was also shocked to see the same scrubbing pads and brushes being used in both the toilet and the kitchen, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable for a professional cleaning service.

To their credit, they sent another two cleaners on the second day, and they cleaned much better. However, the damage to my wooden floor remained, and that cannot simply be undone.

One piece of advice to anyone considering this company: do not pay the full amount upfront.Make sure you inspect the quality of the work before making the final payment.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Worst Experience ever, person was not qualified or experienced. Nothing was deep cleaned and looked the same as before.

Complete waste of money and very disappointed went over the cleaning myself.

Used dirty microfibre cloths everywhere and dirty equipment only used gloves when I had to say it. So unprofessional then wanted a lift to the train station.

What is advertised as professional and deep cleaning is a SCAM and AVOID at all costs.

WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN.

I would highly recommend Home Care Clean company as you could trust their service and their quality of work. I have used their service twice as their cleaning is truly exceeded my expectations. I recently moved out from my flat and needed an end of lease cleaning. Mrs Vanita Patel has done such a wonderful job. She arrived on time and has been very efficient, thorough and leaving the flat spotless. I highly recommend their services.

I must say, this company consistently provides great service, which I've always appreciated. However, I recently had an exceptional experience with VOI 11. In just 11 minutes, they delivered the best service I've ever received. It's just my personal feeling, but I felt happy to share it.

Amazing service!

I contacted them to have my flat deep cleaned due to an end of tenancy. They went there on time, and did a superb job,, my flatmate had two cats and the cleaning was so perfect that I couldn't spot any cat hair in the flat. The attention to detail is deffo outstanding. The toilets look like new. The quality of the service is incredible, and I highly recommend their services.
Need to add that I also hired a sofa clean for my new flat, I had to go back to them, and they sorted my problem within minutes.
I will for sure use their services again!

Home Care Cleaning Services is an agile, responsive and professional company. Regarding my situation I changed my booking for end of tenancy cleaning services several times, they patiently considered my requests and finally did their job perfectly with a guaranty that if my landlord was not satisfied they would return back to property to fix the problem. They have all elements of a professional costumer-based company.
Also I do appreciate Mr. Divy for his professional manner and approaches!

The service was exceptional. I’m very happy with my end-of-tenancy clean as all of my needs and requirements were met. All furniture, bathroom, fridge and oven looked brand new. Will definitely be booking again 😊

This was a terrible experience. I have discussed the requirements to clean my windows internal and external + kitchen cleaning after renovation. I got the quote and specifically asked how long it will take. I was told 3.5-4 hours. I asked how many people would come to complete. I was told 2-3. 1 person turned up. Only cleaned windows from inside. When I asked the manager who sent the cleaner he kept saying he will clean all windows from outside too and he will leave when he finishes - no matter how long it will take him. The cleaner meanwhile told me he has NO INSURANCE to clean from outside. He was being pushed to do that- I didn’t let him. He then started cleaning the kitchen. When I came in to check I saw him on my kitchen worktop WITH HIS SHOES ON cleaning the top cupboard! - it was a rainy day… I asked him if he would do that in his kitchen. He said of course not. 4 hours later 2 windows were cleaned out of 10 and half kitchen cupboard. My worktop was dirtier than when he started. The manager threatened and insisted I make a payment at 20 pound per hour regardless of what was completed in 4 hours and regardless of quality. it was getting really difficult to deal with them, with threats and shouting going on. I paid for 4 hours and asked the cleaner to leave. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Don’t trust the website and especially the feedback you find there.

Our agency hired another cleaning service for our new flat and we were really disappointed with the outcome! Home Care cleaning immediately came to the rescue and gave me an appointment for the same week! Mike who did the cleaning was lovely and very hard working ! The place looked new! He was always double checking with me to make sure I’m satisfied ! 100% recommended !!!

Extremely happy with the end-of-tenancy clean we received today, the place looked sparkling! Our cleaner was really thorough with great attention to detail. Particularly impressed with the limescale removal in the bathroom and how brand new the oven and fridge looked! Would highly recommend, the service was very good value for money. Much better job than we could ever have done!
