Carl and Rob were great
Carl and Rob were great, they both worked very professional throughout their time at our house, they cleaned up after themselves at various points and were very mindful of our toddler and baby with leaving things around. They both kept us in the loop the entire time and we are very pleased and grateful for everything they have done. All work is top notch and I would highly recommend.
The only disappointment we have is small and is not with the builders but with the surveyor, the man was lovely but he did tell us they could order any aqua panels we wanted for the shower, my partner was very excited for green ones but for whatever reason this did not happen and we had to have different ones. The builders got me to come personally with them in their van so I could choose alternatives ones we were happy with, they are still nice aqua panels and we are thankful that they took the time to take me out for this rather than just randomly select one, but it would have been better for the surveyor to be honest about what options were available to us.
Overall the experience we have had has been great and I would recommend the team, especially Carl and Rob the builders.

Poor organisation and service
The workman arrived much earlier than expected (the initial text message said they would arrive after 1:30pm, but they came mid morning) and only carried out part of the work I expected. It was only when I refused to sign the paperwork and pay the outstanding balance that they agreed to finish all of the work. They seemed openly unhappy about having to do the work (which had clearly not been communicated to them by their colleague to did the assessment and quote) and this led to a confrontation between us and feelings of discomfort on my part when I insisted I wanted all of the work I had been quoted for carrying out. They did return and carry out all of the agreed work later that day.
The job was not cheap, and the clear lack of communication and disorganisation within the company was concerning. Also, when the workman left, they left behind documents containing other customers' data, which was another red flag about the professionalism and disorganisation of the company.
The workman also left a horrendous mess when he left. I had been assured that all mess would be cleaned up and everything returned to how it was beforehand. Everything was covered in dust and filth.

Damp proof course and skirting boards
Our damp proof course was put in efficiently but we then asked them to replace the skirting boards and had a lot of delays meaning the job wasn’t done for about 8 weeks. When it was done it was to a good standard and the staff were very friendly and conscientious, and we were offered a £500 off voucher for our next installation. I wasn’t happy with their communication and how they resolved our issues at the time, but they did their best to make amends later

They do the jobs excellently.
We had our gable end rerendered in August last year, and instantly commissioned them to complete the rest of the house this summer.
Both times the workforce were efficient and courteous.
If you need any jobs done you need look no further for a firm that can be trusted to do what is wanted.

Would recommend..
Ben and Alex came to carry out work in our home. We have had a damp proof course, trickle vents and a dmev extractor fan fitted in the bathroom. They arrived on time, were polite and identified themselves. They went through how they would go about completing each job. They were really quick and efficient and answered all questions that I had. I am happy with the work completed and would recommend this company.

Blatantly lied
Don't seem to know who doing what as far as appointments go.
From the outset found surveyor too familiar and slightly patronising. Allegedly found damp patches, although invisible, on upstairs walls but didn't answer my questions or show me readings. Conveniently rang office whilst here to get me a free full survey as if I booked if myself it would cost £250.....a nice scripted staged call!.
Also needed my partner to be here to do full survey. No chance, its MY house. Could also probably get grants too. Call me cynical but if you work, own your own house, no benefits etc you get Jack.
Surprise surpise there is no damp as demonstrated by a company delighted to show me on their damp meter.
So they would have been happy to 'solve' a problem that doesn't exist.
