I had originally visited the store and purchased 2 dining chairs - cannot complain about quality , extremely comfortable and look good. We decided to buy additional chairs which I ordered online as delivery free and I live 30 miles away. They rang very quickly asking when I was going to collect! Advised it is delivery and he said will come back. I rang a week later as nothing heard and was advised not delivering to my area yet. Rang the following week & told May be next week. Nearly 4 weeks later they are not even answering the phone. I emailed and no response either. Had to go over to the store to pick up . Communication, customer service and attitude is appalling if you want delivery. Noticed on their board £40 delivery charge now! Another point check website before buying as cheaper than in the shop - we wanted another 2 but we did get at lower price.

We popped into this store on Sunday to buy a gazebo that we had seen the previous week and then saw it was on a Jubilee offer with a nice reduction on FB. So pleased with the service we received. They greeted us on arrival, let us use one of their tape measures so that we could be certain it would fit in the spot we wanted it for and ordering it could not have been easier. All done and dusted within 30 mins of arrival and a delivery date booked with the team. Ordered Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday, very quick service.
We would recommend this place to everyone when looking for furniture be it garden or home as everyone is so friendly and helpful and delivery quick. Keep up the good work guys!
