Hometown Dumpster Rental Reviews 

Due to a heavy drop schedule I got my dumpster a day earlier than expected. Phone conversation was excellent with the driver. Price was the cheapest in Fayetteville NC. Will be doing business with the company again in the near future.

The price and the size of the container! Service was great even got a call the day before they delivered it to make sure everything was good. The delivery driver showed me how to use it as well.

Dumpster was delivered where and when Rhey said it would be but it is really tall and there is no side door for throwing things inside. I misjudged ans it is way bigger than we needed, I believe, however that is not the company's fault. Prices were great, would rent from them again.

When I started, I thought I was on the company I had chosen's website. I late learned that they use Hometown Dumpster for booking purposes. Since the delivery is this upcoming week, I can only address the booking process. The responses were quick and when my 1st choice wasn't available for my dates, I was offered other options. I did get my 2nd pick and they were quick to respond, even texting to confirm delivery dates and giving a rough drop off time. Overall, a smooth, easy way to rent a dumpster.

Used them to rent a dumpster. Paid and scheduled through Junk Kings - supposedly. Dumpster never arrived. Junk Kings says they have no record of any contact by Hometown. No way to contact them.
I was left without a dumpster for a weekend construction project. I was livid to say the least.
Avoid them at all costs.

I got a quick response when I requested for service. The agent called same day. They promised to deliver. Unfortunately, they did not deliver as scheduled. They delivered a day late and did not refund the extra day paid.

The process for booking the drop off could not have been easier. Just a few clicks and I have a dumpster. The company called a day ahead to inform me the time it will be dropped off. He was very careful not to damage anything. It was placed exactly were I asked.

Due to some rain delay, they called me to update the situation. And they came the next day. Very polite and this was a great experience. My family has already ask who i used.

Rough start with the drip off time not being at least generally in a reasonable window so plan ahead to just not count on the first day but overall everything went fine.
