Smooth & Stress-free renting experience

My experience was very positive overall. The company was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They handled maintenance requests promptly and were transparent throughout the tenancy process. I appreciated how organised and straightforward everything was, which made renting stress-free. I would describe them as reliable and efficient in managing properties and supporting tenants

Be very careful of this RIP off…

Be very careful of this lettings agency
Horizon Letting Agency Brighton
50 WEST STREET BRIGHTON BN1 2RA

The company named at the address above, have rented my daughter a property using A FAKE EPC and the property was riddled and infested with bugs and damp and was built to very poor standards which they built as the owner of the letting agency is also the landlord of the property in question.

The address is 30 Coombe Road Brighton. BN2 3EA

They've had massive damp issues where the property was so poorly built that after a couple of months, they could not even occupy the bedroom because their property was being destroyed and they developed health worries from the damp.

We are in the process of reporting them to building control, trading standards, and we are also going legal to claim against them in court. Be very very careful these people seem to not care about their clients at all and will do anything for profit even breaking the law!

They literally copied and pasted a fake EPC that was for a different property all together which is illegal!

We fully intend on making sure they learn from their mistakes and we will update this thread as it develops through the courts and official complaints!

To their credit, they have admitted liability because they gave us back £350 compensation however this is not a suitable outcome at all and the matter is being pursed vigorously.
