I thought the price was competitive and the delivery service was great. Very happy with the purchase.

The stainless clamps and jubilee clips have proved excellent in use and are sturdy well made products.

Great communication, unfortunately part they believed to be in stock was missing. They made immediate contact and suggested an alternative. Sorted.

Excellent service, very fast

Excellent customer service. One of the parts I required was out of stock, but the company emailed me straight away (when they were supposed to be shut between Christmas and New Year) to explain and offer a full refund or an alternative product, which I was happy to accept.
As an ex sales manager my maxim was "always keep the customer informed, whether it's good or bad news". This company obviously believes the same, and for that they get my vote.

Good product with good service and delivery

The order was delivered very quickly and efficiently. I would have given 5 stars but the quality of the hose ordered was not really heavy duty and I probably could have got a similar product cheaper elsewhere.

Fast and efficient service - there was a small mix up with product ordered but was resolved quickly without any quibble

Great other than I miss receiving the handwritten note of thanks for placing an order and also the 'free' notepad gift.
