Excellent service and great price
Products you cannot get easily elsewhere, cheaper, quicker and much greater range than Amazon.
Add to that they're British and the delivery was without fault - very good indeed.

Hose shop were excellent and merited 5 stars.
Their logistics company Fedex were attrocious and were not worth 1star.
I had to spend 1 hour of my time and travel 21 miles to collect my parcel from the Fedex depot despite the delivery charge of £10. No offer of compensation whatsoever.
To Mike of hoseshop who has refunded my carriage charge.
I did not expect the hose shop to offer compensation as their instructions to the FedEx driver were clearly marked on the parcel and boldly presented. It is Fedex who should have compensated me.
Mikes concern for his customers has been exemplary.

Products all good quality although…
Products all good quality although obviously early days re the pump. Parts etc that were recommended all ideal for my purposes. A call out for Neil in the service team who went the extra mile to help (with a couple of phone calls) with my order. The instructions with the pump were not as comprehensive as I would have liked but with Neil's assistance the details were sorted out. Overall a good experience.
