All opinions are true, Hostdomus do not give back the deposit, no contact with a company after the rent, they do not answer, I'm waiting for my deposit 2 months already.
Apartments are cheep but the condiotions of apartments is poor, the rent old apartments, not clean, bads and sheets was very unhygienic.

BEWARE:
Do not rent from Hostdamus. Apartment look like it’s just robbed with doors broken and filthy condition.

Do not trust this place with your credit card. They charged a €400 deposit and are refusing to refund it. It has been 30+ days and I am still fighting to get my money back. Dishonest management and zero communication. Stay elsewhere if you value your money.

They won’t pick up my calls or answer my emails till today.

I’m very dissatisfied with this company. Despite several promises, my security deposit still hasn’t been returned after moving out six months ago. They rarely respond to inquiries and keep giving excuses. I expected more transparency and reliability. This kind of behavior is disappointing and untrustworthy.

Insincere and unreliable company booking on all platforms including Airbnb, hiding important commercial terms within small print and automating support enquires to ensure that most customers will just give up trying to resolve issues.

Ruined a planned trip.

!!!!! This company requires a 300 EUR deposit upfront, but even after leaving the apartment in perfect condition and multiple attempts to contact them, the deposit is never returned to your bank account. Beware — do not rent from them!!!!!

Awful communication. They never return the deposit they ask their clients - in our case was €400. It's been a month since we checked-out and they won't respond on my messages and reminders to send me back the deposit.
