Good experience sleeping in capsule
Capsule Inn's location is superb. It situated only 3 minutes walk from JR station. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby. The capsule is cozy and quiet enough. Very convenient to travel to many places.

Never been to a hostel before, but this worked very well for me.
Very clean. I liked the staff (doesn't always happen). Nice common areas. Nice rest room. My room was very stark- which I suppose is to be expected.

Perfect Hostel Website!
The interface is so easy to use and is very informative. We chose to use Hostels.com over a hotel service based on the fact that we could just put a downpayment to save as opposed to our whole payment in one go. It's a really interesting and helpful system for College students who need to reserve a space but do not have the full means to do so just yet.

Hostels.com has a site that contains very valuable information
But I absolutely hate the notification "No Booking Fees - learn more..." for booking fees, because it interferes with my limited work space so that you cannot view that many hostel prices at the same time.

Great location, bit noisy.
The location was great but during the night it was a bit noisy. Very nice apartment, friendly staff managed the taxi pick up from the airport. Great place to stay, only few minutes walk from the center.

great value but terrible maps and directions
Found lots of great places, the reviews confirm whether the owner's blog stands up, etc. But once you've found your ideal place, do your own research to make sure you can find the place - the maps and directions are worse than useless, positively misleading (wild goose chase?)

Hostels.com rocks
I've never had any trouble with this site. When there were minor hiccups with the hostel I made a reservation at, they automatically moved me to another (better!) hostel in the area, free of charge. All of the hostels I've been to have been true to their online rating. No complaints.
