Your website is a horrible pile of excrement. Autofill does not work, tab navigation does not work. Who build this human waste product of a site? First year graduates? This was the very last time I booked a room at Hotel B&B. I have nicer time-wasters available than their "special" website.

Can be improved
When I booked a room, I went through the full process, paid using paypal and at the very last step the payment was not authorized. I got the message that I had been idle for too long and that the payment could not be processed (!).
I had to do the whole procedure again to finally be able to book my room.

Your booking system is totally messed up. I tried with i pad for more than 30 min. Mask,s keep changeing several times, never could complete. With pc it worked but complicated. rating: hotel ok, booking system CATASTROPHE!

Confirmation Page
Final review page must be added prior to confirmation to ensure that the correct hotel is booked. Ended up booking the wrong hotel in Munich and only realized after paying in full and receiving the confirmation. Had to then apply for a refund from the Airport Hotel and rebook at the Munich East Hotel.

When I login account, it will automatically log me out in very short time. It will interrupt people purchase process , I think it is a program problem, hope you fix it immediately.

All the steps are clear except the final reservation, I am a stranger, and I didn't get if I have to pay the total amount (and if yes, how? because there is no "pay to book now" button) or if I have to transfer my credit card number (and as a stranger I found this way very unsecured....)
