Excellent price and customer service
Price was already cheapest around so placed an order on the website, only to then found there was a 12% discount. I placed a second order saving £30 and then requested cancellation of the first order. This was processed very quickly and with no quibbles. Item arrived the following day.

Great company to deal with
Ordered a speaker for my amp. Next day I was called to say was out of stock and probably be 4 weeks wait and if I wanted I could have an upgrade for a very small amount. I said yes and was delivered very quickly. The upgrade would have cost me maybe £20 and I paid a 1/3 of that.
