TRUSTiway has not paid our properly prepared and approved claim! TRUSTiway have stated many times their intentions to pay! TRUStiway has not paid! nor does TRUSTiway intend too! TRUSTiway has continually used the drag it out technique!
My claim has been going on now for 15 months with empty promises and lies!
I never intended to write diapointing reviews! But it’s the only course I can now take to expose them and warn YOU of their apparent tactics.
Don’t be fooled check out TRUSTiway Insurence company before you risk your hard earned dollars! You just might loose your trust and your claim, even if it is a legitimate claim!
Just be aware of TRUSTiway…
…and YES, I was placed in the hospital a week prior to our trip and was medically required to abort our trip, all documented and provided!

DO NOT TRUST HOTWIRE. The change name of hotels that you may get. Never again and I will trash Hotwire to everybody. You suck!!!!

Scammers. Just rented a car at what I thought was a reasonable price. Once you go to the car rental place (Dollar in this case) you will find that the pricing provided by Hotwire has no basis in reality. The daily charge, the taxes and other fees will result in a price that is much higher than quoted by Hotwire. They don’t care and don’t take any accountability. Don’t even think about booking an auto rental through Hotwire.

If I could give Hotwire zero stars I would but it’s not an option. I booked a room several months ago and drove three states to check in and once I got to my destination of Sterling Sands Destin I was told by the front desk I needed a room number to check in and that they don’t go by reservation numbers that Hotwire gives. So after getting hot wire on the phone and advising them of this they called and was told the same thing then told me they could book another room and only pay $75 dollars more than my original cost. Mind you I booked way in advance to pay a cheaper price so do you really believe I could get a room on the beach for only $75 more than I paid several months ago. I will say they did refund my money but could not find anything that’s wasn’t triple the price I originally paid. Hot wire is garbage

I would give negative stars they are ripping people off 100% scammers run this site you don't save a dime they convert to USD behind your back.

The most terrible horrible third party. Never book a hotel with them. They don’t give their credit card information to the hotel. So, when you go to check-in, the hotel will kick you out!
Zero customer service!

The system always goes down settings up a records is stupid. Wish are condo in Palmaire never signed up

They clearly don't care about customers. Booked a car that I couldn't get because my flight was delayed and I arrived after rental counter was closed. They didn't refund me and told me they didn't care that I wouldn't be a customer anymore. Nicely done Hotwire.

Hotwire is a scam – they changed my booking time and refused to fix it

I booked a rental car through Hotwire with a clearly selected pickup time of 5:30 PM. When I completed the booking and received the confirmation, the pickup time had been changed to 12:00 PM — a completely different schedule that doesn’t work for me.

I immediately called their customer service to have it corrected, but they flat-out refused to fix their own mistake. No support, no flexibility, just scripted excuses. They claim to be a “discount” platform, but what they really are is a scam hiding behind fine print and zero accountability.

This company is dishonest, unreliable, and not worth the risk. I lost time, money, and trust. Do NOT book anything through Hotwire unless you’re ready to get burned.

Back in March, I had a technician.Come out to correct the service that was not installed properly... And they charged me 90.Some dollars for coming out without notifying me of any such charge... Horrible

I booked an accommodation in canary wharf called Ark (20) via Hotwire. The price was higher than advertised but the bigger issue was it was for over 18s only and we had a child. Hotwire refused to respond to contact and didn’t provide evidence to the credit card company that they have been refunded. The still have my money. This is appalling behaviour

Hotel called 911 & I was hospitalized for 10 days… Hotwire refuse to credit my card keep offering credit to use with in a year.NO BUENOOOOO…give me my $$$. I will never use Hotwire again

Hotwire flight are scamer. I tried booking a flight on Jan 15 2025 and it says my debit card was declined and I tried many times, it countinued to say my debit card was declined and I have money in my account, but the next day Hotwire had debited my bank account 8 times and refused to reverse the transactions.

I booked with them at 7am because i needed a room. Come to find out at the hotel that check in was at 5pm and there was a list. So it might be later. Contacted these criminals (mind you there are in another country so its easier to be able to steal your money) told them i wanted to cancel cause i needed a hotel room at that time not 10 hours later . There was no check in times on the itinerary at all. They told me they would return my money with a 20 dollar cancellation fee. I agreed cause i just wanted a room. After 10 days of seeing the charge on my credit card i contacted them and they told me the funds were credited to their " hotwire bucks" . Which is again another scam. Just to again be tricked into using their service to get robbed again of your money. They never gave me back my money. DO NOT USE HOTWIRE.COM!!!! ITS A SCAM AND THEY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY AND NOT CARE ONE BIT. They use people in other countries to run it so there is no way they can get in trouble when they steal from you.

They will send refund emails and then refuse to validate the refund even though you received email confirmation of the refund. Thieves.

Dont you ever by tickets from this people, bought a ticket from Houston to Seattle was an hour early at the airport could not get my ticket from frontier airlines could not get help from either of them lost my money and had to buy another one and got ripped off another 450$ when the actual price was 299 so I've had my share of their bs so never again 😞
