I placed an order over five weeks ago…

I placed an order over five weeks ago and still haven't received the hair I ordered for an upcoming trip. The owner's lack of empathy for customers is truly disappointing. I spent over £400.00 on a wig, only to receive the worst customer service I've ever encountered. This experience has shattered my trust in online wig companies. It's clear that the owner is not truthful about the delivery time, and I urge others to be cautious when considering purchasing from this company.

Avoid Avoid Avoid Bad service

Bad service, good product if you can get it.
3 months after my order and still waiting for a dispatch number. It's so frustrating I can't even begin to express how I feel. There's no number to call so you're just emailing this random email and hoping that someone answers.
My first did take long to come and was wrong but they fixed it eventual but and product is good but this time it's different as there's not much contact and lot's empty promises. Very strange because they have potential as the products are good.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! 2Months on and still awaiting a promised refund

Ordered in good faith. After a protracted delay and many false promises, I was so disappointed to have been sent the WRONG product. @br hair agreed a refund within 4days once product returned. Returned the product, they confirmed they have received it, TWO MONTHS ON STILL NO REFUND OF £500.
So disappointed and frustrated, esp with ongoing false promised to process the refund!
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Unless you have time and money to waste.
I feel this is unacceptable for any business.
Seeking legal means for refund and any associated costs unless it is completed this week!
