Howdens - South Croydon Reviews

Bev is very knowledgeable & offers advice & solutions. I also value Bev’s quick response to emails. I’m very pleased with the quality of Howdens’ kitchen units & the variety on offer. Love the Silestone quartz, too. Howdens also offers high quality appliances, sinks & accessories to complete a kitchen.

The representative from Howdens of South Croydon was always punctual and courteous.
Her experience and expertise helped us realise our wish for a lovely new kitchen, plus a fully functional utility room.
We were given a tour of the various show kitchens and we were then able to make informed choices on what we needed. Computer generated images were created and subsequent minor adjustments were made before we submitted our approval of the estimate (list of items and prices). Delivery was made just a little over a week following payment. Highly recommended service.

Bev was super knowledgable and helpful and everything was delivered on time. Process a lot easier than I had thought it would be and the kitchen looks fab!!

Discounts are so poor we have reduced our purchases almost to zero

I would recommend Bev at Howdens South Croydon branch highly enough. From our very first meeting through to the final kitchen design, she demonstrated an incredible level of professionalism, patience and commitment.

Our kitchen project took much longer than expected because I was completing several other renovation projects around the house first. Throughout this time, Bev never once rushed me. She was always happy to accommodate multiple visits, answer my endless questions and make adjustments whenever I needed them. Her personal attention to detail and genuine care for getting everything right made the whole experience enjoyable.

I must admit, I experimented with changing her original design several times, convinced I could improve on it. In the end, every time I came back to Bev's original ideas, it became clear that she had got it right from the start! Her experience, eye for colour, understanding of space and precise measurements simply couldn't be beaten.

What impressed me most was that she wasn't just selling a kitchen—she was designing a space that would work beautifully for my family. Her expertise, creativity and practical advice gave me complete confidence throughout the process.

Thank you, Bev, for your patience, dedication and outstanding service. You are a real credit to Howdens, and I would highly recommend anyone planning a new kitchen to ask for you.

Howdens South Croydon . Absolutely fantastic service from Bev . She came to my home. She was enthusiastic about my new kitchen from the start. She helped me visualise my kitchen in my home. For the first time I could imagine it. Bev was right by my side throughout. My kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and has changed our family life!!

Excellent service at the South Croydon branch. Bev was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Great customer service and a really positive experience — highly recommend.

Great - Bev was brilliant. She immediately simplified the whole process of designing our boot room, sharing creative ideas and explaining what would and wouldn’t work. She clearly knows the Howdens products inside out which helped us work to a budget and fit the build perfectly.

We had a site visit from Bev Procknell to advise and design wardrobe and storage in our newly renovated property. She was across our brief and designed optimum storage in all three areas. The real test is not when everything goes to plan but when you have to react to a change in design - our fault, not Howdens. Bev reacted quickly and professionally to our request for help and ensured we have the correct components to complete our design. If you need a complete service from design to installation then Bev is certainly the person to call. We have no hesitation in recommending her and Howdens.

Always great experience, young lady at the desk and on phone calls always polite and helpful. Great place to shop trade materials.

Bev was fabulous. Great ideas for the kitchen layout and helpful advice. 5* would recommend to everyone. Love my new kitchen.

Bev from Howdens was fantastic when designing our kitchen. She was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what we wanted.

The design was spot on, both practical and stylish and she made the whole process easy from start to finish. Bev’s attention to detail was excellent and very responsive whenever ai needed to talk about changes to our design. Bev worked directly with our builders on delivery and extra parts which was incredibly good and removed that element of stress.

We’re really pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Bev.”
