great Communication before and after order
great communication before and after delivery
delivery drive was polite and helpful

I chose Howdens kitchen because they had good quality units and a big choice of design at a reasonable price. Hannah the kitchen designer at the South Croydon store had some great ideas and helped me choose the layout and design She showed me what the latest kitchen layout and designs were plus all the little design touches that made it stand out.

Next day delivery, on time 👍

Second kitchen in a month that we have purchased from Bev, Molly and the team in Purley Way. Very helpful with the planning and the design and both deliveries were handled efficiently and politely by Jack with a 30 minute call before delivery. Recommended

This is the fifth kitchens of our families that were designed by Bev in these 4 years. We would like to express our gratitude for the incredible work that she puts into designing our kitchens. Her creativity, attention to details, and dedication have truly exceeded our expectations.

The kitchen is now a place where our family loves to gather, cook, and create memories together. Her work has had a meaningful impact on our homes and lives, and we couldn't be happier.

Very friendly and helpful lady

Bev did an amazing job designing my kitchen. She thought of potential issues before I even realized them, offered excellent advice, and was always available to answer questions. Her honesty and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free. I’m thrilled with the result and highly recommend her!

I had a fabulous experience buying a kitchen from the South Croydon branch and in particular dealing with Bev, who patiently guided me through the process and provided superb advice on the kitchen design. I would heartily recommend Howdens and Bev. The kitchen is amazing and Bev's customer support was outstanding. Bev was there for me the whole way, responding to all my very many questions and providing technical and even emotional support! I made some very late changes and Bev accommodated everything without any fuss. Bev was incredibly friendly and easy to deal with and made the process manageable and even pretty fun. I also really appreciated the way that Bev and Howdens dovetailed with my kitchen fitter - they had clearly worked together for a long time and it felt like I had a team of experienced professionals who I could trust and rely upon. Thank you Howdens and Bev!

Bev designed our kitchen for us and was great. She suggested things that we would never have thought of. After 30+ years I can have my ironing board and iron in a cupboard in the kitchen. The layout works perfectly for us. She listened to us as to what we wanted and put it in place. Would thoroughly recommend Bev and Howdens.

We had such a great experience with Bev in the South Croydon Branch. She was so honest about things, even advising us to get less items to have a better look. We have a really tiny kitchen and she helped us to get the most of the space without it looking over crowded. She even came out on a Sunday morning to measure up to see what she could squeeze in to make the most of the space. It was a pleasure to work with her and we are so happy with the result! Costs were reasonable when compared to other places and quality seems very good.

Bev at South Croydon Branch...highly recommend to design and plan your new kitchen, nothing was a problem with the constant changes, professionalism and patient was excellent.
I would recommend Howden to friends and family if there are looking for a new kitchen.
Very happy with my new kitchen, excellent quality.

We are very happy with the services provided and would like to extend our appreciation to Leah and Bev.

Leah was extremely patient, professional and took her time to make sure that we are comfortable with our selected products. We also really like the bedroom and outdoor building designs Bev did for us. It was so creative.

Thank you all!!!

Bev was amazing and helped me select the right kitchen for my needs. She delivered a great design and worked seamlessly with my fitter to make ti happen quickly and easily. I now have a really beautiful kitchen with integrated appliances.

Hannah at the South Croydon branch is patient, professional and very pleasant to deal with. This is my 4th Howdens kitchen and the whole experience has gotten better. Quality of the materials, ease of design (software that works) the options are endless

From the moment I sat down with Bev and discussed my ideas she instantly understood the look I wanted and was able to advise me what would and wouldn’t work. I trusted her judgment all the way and valued her opinion. The kitchen is being fitted and I am over the moon with the outcome. Any problems we have had (which have been minimal ) one telephone call to Howdens south croydon and it has been sorted. Can not recommend the kitchens and Bev and the team enough.
