I liked it when I was able to finish building the TV cabinet, it just took so much time and the manual instruction was hard to follow. The TV cabinet's drawers are still loose and I dont know how to fix it without potentially breaking my TV cabinet because there were no pre-installed holes for me to drill my excess screws to tighten the cabinet doors. Overall the product looks amazing when it is put together but when put in use (using the cabinet doors specifically) it gets pretty annoying. This is why I rated the product a 3/5 , minus 1 point for the difficult instructions and minus another 1 point for the loose cabinet doors.

NO DINNING TABLE DELIVERED-NO XMAS LUNCH - UPDATED 23/12/23 @ THE TABLE
Ryan was good with communication for purchasing but I had to prompt for invoice and I purchased a dining table on 1st Dec..its now 23rd Dec still no table..they used couriersplease for delivery time to find a new transport company..STOP USING UNRELIABLE SERVICES ...shame as I can no longer communicate with Ryan on Facebook where I purchased my item..ill try the company itself H2sports after new years..I now have no dinning table to eat off for Xmas lunch...
UPDATE: Table top arrived 23rd Dec 2023 @11am finally..so Xmas lunch will now be at my new table..

Store's mistake and insincere problem solving
Triple confirmed with online store regarding the amount and price of a listing, did not receive the amount ordered, and when I raised the problem was told initially I need to pay for and take parcel to PO to be returned as courier cannot be arranged. Will then only get refund when items are confirmed returned. The misleading listing aside, this returns attitude is 20 years behind the times.

The price did not match as a sale campaign was going on a day before you ordered the product. When you placed the order, the sale was already over.
Secondly, when you raised the issue in the product, we arranged the return labels for the product which were pre-paid and it takes some time to complete the process and take approvals from the team.
We have a return policy and we need to follow that for returning the product as we also need to ensure that products are returned in the same state in which they were sent. But now the issue has been resolved and we have already processed the refund for your order.

And I know that he's got good quality desk and chair.
Especially when I don't have alot of money and struggle this made me feel really good and I will definitely be buying more especially awesome being here in Australia and not overseas is one of the best parts.
