We have had the good fortune to have had the services of HR for nearly 8 months. The professionalism and quality of information that is provided, so smoothly and instantly, is very reassuring and exceptionally helpful. The support and
"can do attitude" from the Laura and the team is amazing. Knowing that they have the breadth and depth of knowledge we need and is up to date, in this ever changing world, is akin to having your own personal therapist with the amount of stress they take from you.

We have been working with HR Dept for a number of years and they have become a fundamental part of our HR operation. As a family run business it is so important for us to have their expert consultancy services on hand to operate successfully. HR Dept has implemented new contracts, revised our company handbook and updated numerous other HR templates bespoke to our organisation. We have been directed and supported through the pandemic with the furlough scheme, redundancies and safely returning to work, along with the general daily support we need with employing and managing our personnel. We have most recently been working closely with Laura who has helped us develop an improved, robust Recruitment process, and is heading our selection process. Laura is always at the end of the phone to help coach and guide us through each situation; her expertise and professionalism has supported us no end.

We have used HR Dept numerous times over the past few years for recruitment, for every role we have hired they have taken time to understand what we are looking for, understanding our ethos as a business to make sure the people they put in front of us are the right fit. I have always found them extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

As a small, relatively young company who are growing quickly, we recognised that we lacked the knowledge and understanding of a Human Resources Department. To cope with the demands of a rapidly increasing workforce, and to ensure we comply with current legislation, and implement correct policies and procedures, we employed HR Department.
We work closely with an allocated HR Consultant, who is both friendly and knowledgeable, and who has become embedded as part of our team. HR Department are permanently on the end of the phone, offering advice and guidance, not only on the day to day, but on a multitude of issues such polices, handbooks, contract guidance to name just a few. They ensure speedy responses to any queries, provide accurate and current information, and a level of trust, and professionalism you would want when working in close partnership.
As a company, we had little or no knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures. Now, by working with HR Department, and following their guidance, we are learning every day and are confident we are providing the best service to our employees.

Over the last few years we have grown very quickly as a business and our workforce has doubled, having no previous official HR dept, we enlisted the services of the HR dept in 2019. Since then we have been able to tackle areas of HR we couldn’t before. Laura’s professional advice and knowledge is immense, we have had a few complicated situations to deal with in the last year and no matter how we challenge her she is always able to support. Without the support of the HR dept we would not be able to run as professionally as we do.

Since engaging the HR department a year ago to look after our HR needs, Sandhya has taken all the pressure of some challenging issues and delivered the guidance and advice in a timely and professional manner. We couldn't recommend Sandhya and the HR department highly enough.

The HR Dept really has been a godsend for us and our agency. The independent partner and expert for all our HR needs. Nothing is ever too much and no question too stupid. Not only do they provide me as a business owner with the support I need and expert advice to make informed decisions but they also provide my management team with the same. We'd be lost without them and it's no doubt that they have contributed to the success and growth of our business.
