Best clinic in London, have gone several times for different treatments and each time I’ve experienced top professionalism, amazing knowledgeable staff and practitioners who at the same time are genuinely warm and caring. Recommend for anyone looking for a skin clinic!

Do not go there! Scammers that will drag you for as long as they can, they treatments have no resulst and thay base on convincing you you have vusibke resutlst. Therapist does what she wants, they dont listen or adress the areas of coneen and push is in time as long as they can fork out money from you. If you will complain they only care for getting money. Quality if treatments also is not good for the prices. If yiu want good results its better to spent a bit more and go to a clinic led by a doctor. They are nice as long as you spent money and nod on what they want you to think. Bunch of scammers from middle east. You pay for a service not a therapist chating you over about your private life and sucking up to you.

I was a loyal customer for 2 years until today.

On more than one occasion, I mentioned my area of concern during the initial appointment. My area of concern was not addressed and instead suggested a second area to delay the aging process - up sale and product purchase. During the follow up appointment, the area of concern was not the focal point, again. I was advised against further treatment until a few months. Because I trusted her professional opinion, I listened and planned to wait a few months before booking again. Within minutes of leaving the clinic, I was removed from all future SMS notifications. Typically, I receive a notification after appointment to review my experience.

I learned today that am not a valued customer after 2 years and having spent a lot of money. Regardless if other clinics gave competitive prices and/or lasting results, I chose this clinic.

I have been seeing Hala at HSA regularly for my facial treatment. She is a absolulte gem. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Hala for about 3 years now for various filler and Botox treatments. I cannot recommend her enough. She is thorough, will not do a procedure if she doesn’t think you need it and her main aim is subtle tweaks. The clinic is clean and rooms are lovely. great aftercare service directly with Hala.
