Absolutelly horrible experiece with this company.I order from them a pair of earings for my birthday wife. I pay extra for delivery and I receive 1 day before to arrive." the order is cancelled" no single explanation, stay now to look for another gift, loset time because the time was limited..the worst jewellery shop ever..

I gave 4 star's because i was not reminded at 'check out' to enter the promo code, which was HSA 6791173 for some 10%, so apart from that, the overall experience was very good as for the product it's for my daughter so I can not comment ,if she complains that the little diamond is not big enough, I will probably blame you, H S. Massive shoutout to Tim at H. Samuel Worthing. My wedding band had lost its shape, and he not only reshaped it perfectly but gave it a proper clean too. It looks better than it has in years. Super friendly guy, quick service, and clearly knows his craft. Really appreciate the help.

I chose H Samuels Bexleyheath to have my five year old daughter's ears pierced. This had been much anticipated and planned for months so my daughter could coincide it with the school summer holidays. The staff here could not have been nicer or more helpful from the point of booking to the final event, and they made having her ears pierced a really special event for her.

Maddie and Bina could not have been more patient and professional. Maddie spent time talking to my daughter, reassuring her, answering her questions and showing her how they do the piercing and what they use. This really put my daughter's mind at rest. On the day Maddie really went to great lengths to ensure the piercing mark was positioned on the ear precisely where is should be, she showed us several times and gave us the opportunity to make any changes before she did the piercing. Maddie could not have been more patient. We chose to have both ears pierced at the same moment, so Maddie's manager, Bina came to help. Both ladies could not have been sweeter or more lovely to my daughter, who did not even flinch when they did the piercing.

My daughter received a certificate and a little goody bag after, she was delighted. All these little touches made for such a lovely experience for my daughter.

Huge thanks again to Maddie and Bina for their kindness and professionalism.

Took my engagement ring in for repair, done an appalling repair! Nothing like my ring, sent it off again for them to rectify issues, dreadful repair!! I was offered half of the £400 I paid refunded, I had 2 options send back for a 3rd time to see if they can get it right this time or take the money and go elsewhere! I had no choice than to take the money.. the poor repair job as totally changed the appearance of my ring… please do not use their repair service. Obviously the ‘craftsman’ is in the wrong profession!!

We got to Nuneaton 35 minutes early for my 9yr old daughter’s ear piercing appointment. We decided to try our luck and see if they could do it early. A lovely girl called Mia told us that unfortunately, the piercer had just gone on her break and asked that we return at the allocated time.
We went to leave but Sarah came through from the back and said she would do it for us. Both Sarah and Mia were chatty, friendly and knowledgeable on the products. They put my daughter at ease. She didn’t flinched as either ear was pierced.
After, Sarah took a Polaroid photo, gave her a certificate and a sticker, and we left very happy and very impressed!!

We had a great experience getting my daughter's ears pierced with Amanda (Mandy). She was incredibly friendly, caring, and took a lot of time to ensure the placement of the earrings was absolutely perfect. Mandy was wonderful at helping my daughter feel completely relaxed and confident throughout the whole process. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience today with Bella at your Reading Oracle store.

I had booked online for my daughter to have her thirds pierced, but then I wanted to get my seconds done and my visiting niece wanted to get her thirds done too so we walked into the store and spoke to staff to see if they could accommodate 2 more walk in piercing appointments, which they did.

Bella was the member of staff who pierced our ears and took the time and so much patience( especially with me! I was scared!) to talk us through everything and reassure us about how it would feel and even let us cuddle a big teddy whilst we had our piercings done!

She made sure we were 100% happy with the placement of the new piercing before she began and ensured everything went smoothly. Safe to say apart from feeling like a sharp pinch of my earlobes at the time of piercing, my ears felt fine soon afterwards and definitely not stinging/ sore like I expected they would be!
We were each sent home with our aftercare info cards and bottle of solution to look after our piercings.

All of us are thoroughly delighted with our new piercings annd pretty studs and Bella made the whole experience a wonderful, fun experience, she is a credit to your store! Keep it up Bella!

I took my daughter in to have her ears pierced at the Skegness branch. From the second we walked through the doors the staff were absolutely lovely. Jenny served us and she was just brilliant, she was so kind and explained everything to my daughter before doing anything and also asked her what she would prefer. I wish I had known sooner about H Samuel doing ear piercing because I would have gone. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get theirs or their children’s ears pierced, better than anywhere else.

I recently visited H Samuel in Sutton Coldfield and Sylvia was an excellent member of staff. She explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions and I was also well pleased with the service! My partner purchased a Hugo watch for my upcoming birthday (70th) and I was so impressed with the service that I just had to write a good review.Well done H.Samuel, a first class service! 5 stars!

Easy, straightforward to make the purchase and pay

I took my husbands digital Casio Watch into H Samuel as he could not work out how to reset it after a new battery was fitted elsewhere. Becky kindly reset the watch at no charge. Becky was very helpful and efficient

I went into H Samuel at Merry hill today and received a very friendly welcome and exceptional service from a wonderful lady called Naz
Nothing was too much trouble for her. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Naz 😊
