HSN IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY

Returned a defective steam mop with their prepaid label that took me 3 months and 20 plus calls to get.
Took to UPS dropped off got a $40.00 credit for 1st payment and taxes looked at my credit card 2 months later still billing monthly payments?
Called customer service terrible service said don’t show they received? I saw I got credit for 1st billing through receipt away.
I asked if you didn’t receive why was credit issued said for my trouble refused to stop billing. Have 2 steam mop paid for 2 horrible company customer service is the worse.

They are deceitful

They are deceitful also in their statements they send you. It will say your balance is .... You pay that amount then next month they find time to send you a past due, but not that it will be coming due, so you're not past due. And since you paid the balance on your last statement you believe you paid your balance in full. However they don't manage to put on there there will be another balance due the next month due. So they charge you late fee after late fee just like they won't give you credit that's how they make their money!

Returned item for credit

Returned item for credit. Seems that only part was credited. Was not informed of this either by mail or text. Then received a bill for over 140 dollars. From small amount to 140.00 amount. I tried speaking to them on this, while operators were nice enough, when I asked to speak to manager, she was SO rude. Explaining my case, she just didn't care, just about the monies. Never having this type of treatment from HSN before I was very surprised. So, getting upset, I said I was not going to pay. After calming down, I am going to pay though still feel I was wronged. My account is, will be closed. Never ever again shop with HSN!

HSN and QVC Lies and Product Quality

HSN and QVC have gone from selling quality, high rated products to just hyping any product they can. To keep prices down and make you feel you're getting a deal they sell poor quality products. The TV hosts outright lie about products and do it smiling at you, they have become less than used car salesmen. If they sell a quality product they charge you the same or more money that you can get on the open market. Currently they should be boycotted. If not, be ready for disappointment. This review is written from experiences over time.

Measure past purchases

Bought an origami cart as I have so many shelves, carts etc. These are such a great brand, Did not measure my previous cart and ordered 2 more carts- Imagine my disappointment when the new carts were 2/3s the size of my old cart - What a disappointment!!

HSN is horrible to get a refund from. I purchased a ring camera for 80 & returned it unopened. Went to the PO to return & misplaced my tracking number. They say they never received it. Which is total bs . I find it hard to believe in the digital world they have no record of my return. This how they rip off the consumer

I wish I would've seen all these reviews before I made my purchase. I've been duped as well when it came to returns. Took almost three weeks and a call from me to get my return, and then when it came to shipping costs -- here's the kicker, it apparently cost more for them to ship it to me and then to send it back -- and they charged me more for those shipping charges. I mean, I went back and forth with this lady on a chat for a long time and she tried to tell me that it was all legitimate. I asked her if my package shipped to France before it got to me. And the fact that, as she put it, we don't charge you shipping to return it, but we do take the shipping from when we sent it to you out of your refund," how does that make any sense when I'm given the option of spending my own money to send it back? What a joke HSN. DO NOT -- I REPEAT -- DO NOT SHOP HERE. It's a scam -- 100%.

Terrible shopping experience

Terrible shopping experience. Never able to place order, despite 4 attempts. Each time I got: “something went wrong. Your card was declined. Review your card number and CVV number are correct”. C.C. Number was correct - NO PLACE TO REVIEW / VERIFY CVV #.
WTF??? If this is causing the error, geniuses at HSN, at least give customers the opportunity to fix it!!!

Don't give them your email address!

A Google search found a stock pot I wanted and their site offered a $10 off first order coupon. Got it all set up...and nope. MY purchase wasn't eligible for the $10 off.
Since then, I have been deluged daily with their email advertisements. I have tried REPEATEDLY to unsubscribe...and still they come.
I wonder whether the $10-not-off coupon was just to get my email address--but you have to wonder why they think pissing me off will inspire me to buy anything from them--at this point, I wouldn't take anything FREE from them. I just want them to leave me alone.
Be careful giving them your email address.

It has been "2" weeks since I sent back to HSN a Return on 1/13/25. They have all kinds of excuses for not processing the return. HSN likes to sell; but they do not like to expediently process returns. Do Not Buy from HSN.

Just Don't Ever Give HSN Your Business

The price was OK. They were very slow to actually ship the product, 4 days. What I hate the most is that I cannot seem to unsubscribe from the barrage of emails! Have even contacted hsn help desk twice (each time they stated my email was removed) to no avail. I will NEVER order from HSN again, ever!

Received a gift from a friend that I cannot use

I received a gift from a friend who bought a Pilates exercise machine. We received the package but being that both myself and my wife are in our seventies and thus we could not use this equipment as it is flat on the floor and it was awkward to use. I boxed it back up and informed our friend that she needed to send it back. Now we always use Amazon and have never had a problem with returns.HSN is telling her that unless the equipment is damaged she has to pay for shipping to return it. The weight is 45lbs and will cost her at least 60.00 dollars or more. She has called numerous times and always was told she had to pay to ship it back. I myself have never used HSN and after this I never will and will let my friends and family know stay away from this company if you look at the reviews they are terrible.

Beware… They Make Returns A Hassle

I bought an iced coffee/iced tea maker as a gift for Christmas. It turned out to not be what I expected because I thought it would also be able to make hot drinks easily. I found a more suitable replacement at Big Lots and gave that one as the gift. I contacted customer service to ask how to make a return. HSN makes it sound easy on their website. In reality, it’s such a hassle to return something. There was no shipping label provided. The customer service rep told me I would have to create my own label and that I should get insurance when I ship it back. This means I’m expected to pay for shipping and insurance to send it back. I also had to ask for a mailing slip to put in the box; it should be provided automatically when you request a return so they know who sent back the product. It just seemed so sketchy and like too much of a hassle so now I’m stuck with the product.
