I regret shopping & trusting their Product. It's all a show & scam to sell the product. I paid shipping on return item $ 18.00. This was one my last purchases with them. Please save your money. Amazon is wonderful, Macys, & JCPenney etc.. you can get free delivery& returns to store yourself. No charge. Save your money

HSN needs to send out surveys on their customer service reps. They have the most rude and uncaring reps with absolutely no personality!! I’m not sure why they hire these people for “customer service”! They really make you feel like you’re bothering them for doing their job! Unbelievable!!

I can see why only 1 1/2 stars , tried to place an order today for 1 item , over 45 minutes , system very slow, reception couldn’t get discount code to go in, couldn’t get credit card to go thru, tried another one 3 attempts, put on hold once came back tried again had wrong zip code finally went thru, I was going to get a HSN credit card but after this probably not going to happen , need to do better especially with the holidays coming

A waste of time and effort

A waste of time and effort. I ordered a pair of Iman coated denim jeans 3 weeks ago that was offered as a Today's Special Value for $49.99 with free shipping. Last night they canceled my order. If I still want the item it is available for $69.99. I am really disappointed in their "bad faith" operation.

HSN online is terrible

The chat locks up or they disconnect it. I tried ordering something for my mother who is technology challenged but HSN keeps giving me errors. I'm trying to give them money but they apparently don't want it. I'm giving up. Amazon or eBay works great.

Rude customer Service

Saturday, I ordered a pair of earrings from hsn.
I had enough funds on my card. The representative I tried to order from asked me if I also wanted to order the matching necklace. She act like she didn’t know what she was doing. She said the earrings went through but not the necklace. Then she canceled both orders. She kept messing with my Visa card. Finally, she said I could not order anything. Was very negative. Then I called two other representatives who said I could not order anything, too. My earrings went through but were soon canceled. Called today about what went wrong. Instead was greeted with just rudeness. Very rude customer service and they have just lost a customer. I don’t want absolutely nothing to do them. I have been buying from them for 20+years. I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them. You will only be met with disappointment.

Disappointed!

I have shopped with HSN for years with zero issues until now. HSN hasn’t reported to Rakuten in five weeks two transactions that totaled over three hundred dollars. Very disappointed with a company that I trusted. It is not about the money but the principal of the matter. If HSN does not want to participate in the give back program for shoppers then don’t do it. Don’t just go silent after customers have shopped.

I just got a letter from HSN and…

I just got a letter from HSN and apparently they have raised the annual APR to 34.99 that they did in July but I just got the letter called in to basically pay off everything because I definitely am not paying 34.9% nine centAPR and they could not give me the total so I can pay it off. They said all well we might charge you interest next month for this month. It’s just absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this card everything is hidden in your flex pay .Please do not do it you’ll end up paying double or triple.

Poor customer service

I was a long time customer and purchased a great many items and spent a lot of money with them. Poor customer service now. Spoke with them about this regarding their representatives and I was really nice about this matter. Went to purchase an item and they blocked me. I guess as long as brick and mortar stores still exist I will purchase from them. Let's hope so.

HSN should know when order didn’t ship and contact customer

Ordered roomba. Got email it shipped. After 1+ week, check for delivery date, it didn’t ship. Said UPS did not get package. Contact HSN. They said lost in shipping which impossible, didn’t ship and no tracking number. They then gave me refund because didn’t have replacement. HSN should have contacted me that they didn’t ship item (probably because they oversold even though I ordered early in day). It shouldn’t be the responsibility of the customer to let HSN know they didn’t ship an order and customer needs refund. They also shouldn’t send email shipped when it clearly didn’t. Everything electronic, not hard for them to know an order didn’t ship and needs refund and explanation (apology) to customer why they didn’t get order.

Also an extra band was supposed to be included and when I Mentioned this to their customer service person she said I must've purchased the wrong one and stated an extra band didn't come with mine. Here we go again

So sick of these people. I stopped using them for a reason and I'll stop again. Incorrect item sent, can't be returned unless I pay 7.95 shipping and correct item double the price. It's ridiculous and not the first time. They really don't care in my opinion. It shows I ordered that particular item which I did not because I hate the fragrance they sent.

This is a crappy website

This is a crappy website, I purchased a wet vacuum from them. it didn't arrive in an original box. I didn't use the product for couple of weeks, I was busy with other task. When I was using the vacuum the water is leaking from everywhere. The suction is not that great. I tried to return it. They said since it has already been more than 30 days. they won't give my money back. I know I should have checked the review first.

This morning I placed an order of security cam's. Toucan to be exact. Upon checking my email this afternoon, I discover they cancelled my order. No explanation. If they didn't want my money, all they had to do was deny my order AT THAT TIME! However, after charging my cc is when they CXL'd the order. I will be watching my cc closely. Not only do they have the most illicit business practices of any online retailer I know, but crafty as well. Who does this! I will order my sec cam's from Costco instead. I KNOW for a fact if I had any issues, their cust svc would back their product. HSN, not so much, and you pay through the nose to return or exchange items. Honestly, the shipping on most everything (at times) can be equal to the item. I mean $10 for crafting paper & $5 for shipping. They charge PER item, no matter how many you order. I could buy 10 things from 1 seller & pay 10 charges of shipping. Where is the class action suit that should follow these over the top charges. This is fraud! EX. I bought 5 sheet sets- all the same maker. I was charged $7.50x5=$37.50 on something that 'may' have been shipped for less than $10. After this fiasco with the cam's, I'm so fed up! Maybe the cam's weren't all that they say they were and by them CXLing the order saved me getting stuck with a loss. Thank you Lord! However there is a way to go about it. All I will say further is, DON'T ever buy into their extra coverage/insurance for items. They won't honor the contract. The 1st ever order from them was a cell phone that the radio band was broke. I was sent a defective phone. I had bought the extra coverage, and was peddled between the co that was to fix it & HSN. I still have this phone. Beautiful, but a waste of hard earned $. This company & QVC needs to be audited by the authorities. They tend to peddle crap on crackers! at times and don't stand behind their mistakes.

These are literally paid actors selling you a "Hit & Miss" bunch of products.
Mind you, not everything is poorly created. But KNOWING what's what is like Russian Roulette on a Merry-Go-Round at warp speed!
